This place was well presented, clean, quiet and very comfortable to stay. The view was amazing and having the ocean breeze come through the apartment was lovely. As it is a new apartment, everything was nice and unused although there were a couple of very minor wear and tear issues like the air condition remote control holder in the bedroom was coming off the wall so we didn’t use it (but we didn’t need to as there was a ceiling fan in the room and the ocean breeze was enough to maintain a comfortable temperature). Although we stayed in a one bedroom apartment, it felt very spacious and had plenty of room and storage space. Because the apartment had so many good things going for it, there was one outstanding downer to our stay, and that was the water pressure in the shower. It can be frustrating at times especially when having to wash long hair! Otherwise, this is minor in comparison to everything else the apartment had to offer! Would definitely stay again!

The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and had a great view to sit back and admire. The property is in a great location. Sky Broadwater is not far to theme parks or shopping. There is also a great park for kids just a short walk away. The only feedback I could give us that the beds aren't very comfortable. Maybe consider a mattress topper.

Nice pool area - good for morning swims. Great coffee shop/restaurant a 10 minute walk away (near the Aquatic centre). I didn't like being on the 35th floor - it was a bit high.

We spend a week on level 34, 3brm apartment. It was one of the best apartment we’ve stayed thus far. The view was mesmerising. The apartment was spacious, lots of cupboards space, neat & modern. It’s only a short walk from Australia Fair, Southport China Town. Lots of eateries to choose from. We enjoyed our stayed & would love to stay again in the coming future.

Sky Broadwater Apartments was exceptional! We stayed at the Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and extended our stay and upgraded to the Grande Deluxe 2 Bedroom apratment. They were both great apartments that had everything we needed as a family. The washer and dryer were very handy, as well as the kitchen that had all necessary utensils and cookware. The Grande Deluxe apartment had a balcony that wrapped around the apartment, including outdoor furniture where we could eat breakfast and dinner with a view. The beds were very comfortable for all of us and overall it was a great stay, with a great location that was not too far and not too close to Surfers! The ladies on the front desk were also very patient and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again during our next visit and we will highly recommend this place to all our family and friends.

Absolutely immaculate property and amenities. Communication and check in was very efficient. We stayed in a 2br deluxe unit on the 34th floor with magnificent views across the Broadwater. The location is highly secure and the public areas including the pool have everything you need. It is a short walk to the Aquatic Centre and fantastic Broadwater Parklands and far enough away from the crowds of Surfers. Highly recommended and thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is fairly new. The interior is spacious with plenty of light and a nice view. The property has a big shopping centre and a big park nearby. It's only 10-15min away from Surfer Paradise and Sea World. A few downsides I would like to mention are: the pool is freezing cold all the time; parking driveway is so narrow that makes it hard for cars to pass each other; lastly the neighbourhood has a little sketchy vibe. I feel fine walking around in day time. I never went out at late night though. Overall, I would recommend this property given the location, the condition of the property and the price is reasonable.

Very comfortable and peaceful. Convenient location. Lovely views. There is no information about where things are in the apartment or how to use the amenities. My grievance though is that we came across a number of people with dogs in the lifts. My son is petrified of dogs and we specifically look for places that don’t allow pets. This won’t stop us from coming back though.
