大型モールのパシフィックフェアもブロードビーチの街中にも徒歩でいける立地がとても便利でした。サウナはロゥリュでとても気持ち良かったです。

早い時間に到着したので荷物を預かってもらい、ホテルから歩いてパシフィックフェアという大型ショッピングセンターに行きましたが、早朝からカフェがやっていて１４時のチェックインまでの時間楽しめました。お部屋は１７階で入った瞬間窓からの海の景色が飛び込み、部屋も広く、寝室からも海が望めました。清楚も行き届いており、洗濯乾燥もでき、助かりました。周辺は少し歩くと、飲食店やスーパー、カジノ、素敵なお店が沢山ありました。サーフパラダイス付近で宿泊するか悩みましたがブロードウェイサウス駅に宿泊して正解でした。

Super recommend!!!!

Really convenient place! Big room with great view! Room is very clean, with full furniture! I could be relaxed!! Near pacific fair (biggest shopping centre) and public transportation (bus and tram)! Easy to go anywhere include GC airport! I really enjoyed staying!!

便利なロケーション。日本語が少し話せる親切なスタッフも。

家族で利用しました。トラムの駅から徒歩3分ほとど近く、ビーチや大きなショッピングセンター、スーパーも近くて便利でした。波打っているような外観がトラムのブロードビーチサウス駅そばから見えるので、わかりやすいです。フロントに日本語が少し話せるスタッフがおられて、フレンドリーで親切でとても感じが良かったです。ただ、彼女が常にいるわけではないので、英語が話せないと不便だと思いますが。完璧ではありませんが室内は清掃されていて、食器や調理器具などの備品も十分でした。部屋は高層階のオーシャンビューで眺めも良く、2バスルームで浴槽付きの部屋がチョイスできました。LDK＋2ベッドルームで広さも十分でした。ただ、ベッドのマットレスが、質が悪いのかやわらか過ぎるのか、主寝室はシングル2台を繋げたダブルベッドだったのですが、一人で寝ても二人で寝ても、どうしても中央側に沈み込んでしまってとても寝心地が悪かったです。ベッドさえもう少し快適なら、次回もぜひ滞在したいと思う宿でした。

フロントスタッフの方が綺麗な日本語を話され、大変ご親切、かつ、迅速なご対応をして下さいました。(飛行機かエアポートでパスポート紛失というトラブルに見舞われましたが、色々助けて頂きました。)本当にありがたかったです。セキュリティもきっちり考えられた造りで、客室内は、新しく清潔で広く、リビング、ダイニング、キッチン、ランドリーには必要な物が全て整えてあり細やかなお心遣いを感じました。子供連れでも、プール、ジャグジーもあり、安心して楽しめます。飲み物などロビーに自販機もあり、徒歩圏内に巨大なショッピングモール二つがあり、トラム駅もすぐ近く、ビーチも側にあり、立地も最高です。大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

コンドミニアムスタイルの宿泊施設です。歩いて5分でビーチー、10分でブロードビーチの繁華街と抜群のロケーションでした。チェックイン前の到着でしたが、荷物の預かりや更衣室も利用できました。今回は短期滞在でしたが、部屋は広く、キッチン、洗濯機、乾燥機、食器洗い機、食器類などがあるため、長期滞在もできそうです。近くには小学校があり、家族連れの滞在も多かったため、治安も良い印象です。ホテルではないため、フロントの営業時間は短いです。フロント営業時間外のチェックイン・チェックアウトには注意する必要があります。事前に方法を確認しておけば大丈夫です。また、出発前に自分でゴミ捨てや掃除をしなければいけません。早朝4時のチェックアウトでしたが、事前にフロントの方に丁寧な説明を受けていたため、特に困ることはありませんでした。また泊まりたいです。

清潔感溢れる広々としたホリディアパートメントです。

設備が整っていて、ビーチで泳いで来て、すぐに部屋にある洗濯機および乾燥機で濡れた服やタオルも乾かすことができて、とても良かった。キッチンも清潔で、食器から調理道具までよく揃っていました。ビーチまで歩いて7,8分。落ちた感じのカフェが並んでいるモールまでも近くて、朝の散歩がてらにカフェでコーヒーと、地元気分で過ごしました。パシフィックフェアという、その辺りでは最大のショッピングモールにも歩いて5分程度でした。ただ、ホテルではないので、クラークが空いている時間は短くて、朝早くや夕方から以降は閉まっているので、いろいろなヘルプは望めません。部屋は広々としていて、申し分なかったです。また、ゴールドコーストに行く事があれば、泊まりたいです。

Amazing view from the room.

very near the sea and the big shopping mall.Very amazing view from the room. Room is very spacious, two bed room and big kitchen. Supermarket and so many restraunt are very near,so very convenient.Around the hotel is very quiet,so very relaxed.Every day I cooked and enjoyed staying at the room. The room is very cozy ,so I didn't want to go out.If I come back here,I wanna stay at this hotel again!!

素晴らしい景色！

16階のお部屋に泊まりました。入った瞬間、ダイニング、リビング、寝室の３つの窓の景色が繋がっていて素晴らしい景色でした！綺麗な空と海、街並み、すぐ下が学校？のようなのですが、広〜い校庭でスポーツしている姿を眺めるのも楽しかったです。キッチンや家具類も綺麗でした。お風呂は固定式のシャワーのみで湯船はありません。収納はたくさん、ベッドは大きな窓のある主寝室にシングル２つをくっつけたクイーンサイズ？のベッドひとつと、もう一部屋にシングル２つがありました。洗濯機は洗剤を入れるところが汚くて、、一度洗濯したら、洋服に粉？のようなものがたくさん付いてきて困りました。乾燥機も前面のフィルターからホワホワと不織布のワタが落ちてきました。どちらも不衛生な印象でした。それ以外が良いだけに、残念です。最後に、プールは、8月初旬の旅行でしたが日本のGWくらいの気候で、日中に温水プールなら入れました。３つありますが、大きなプールは温水ですが水深が120-150cmと深め、１つは温かいジャグジーにもなるプール、３つ目の噴水が出ているプールは水深が20-80cmと子供用でしたが真水で冷たすぎて入れませんでした。結局、子どもたちはジャグジーのあるプールで遊びました。あ、もう一つ。立地はパシフィックフェアという州で一番大きなショッピングセンターまですぐで、トラムの始発駅も道路を渡るとすぐです。なかなか便利だと思います。

２bedroom 2bathの部屋に１週間滞在。タオルがは滞在中に交換されることはなく、初日に用意されたものを１週間使い続けました。ベッドのremakeもなし。部屋は清潔でした。コーヒーメーカーの用意が無いのには、コーヒー好きの私には、がっかり。部屋からは海が見え、プールのほかジャクジーもありその点では、快適でした。海に近く、Pacific Fairにも近い。（徒歩でも行けます。）Broadbeachという場所柄Surfer Pradiseのような騒々しさもなく、静かでくつろげます。（この理由からBroadbeachを選びました。)

シャワー室のつくりが今一つでした。バスタブがあると良かったと思いました。シャワーだけでもヘッドが自由に持てるつくりだと良いと思いました。 Internetが無料で無かったのが残念でした。有料でもかなり割高でした。その前に泊まったMelbourneのホテルではPC(internet)は無料だったので、かなりショックでした。その他は、とても満足でした。お部屋もきれいで、広くて明るくて。

Second bathroom toilet didn’t flush which we advised on arriving at apartment. Was not repaired till we were booking out 3days and not reduction or inconvenience offered. Batteries in control not working and dirty under cushions. Staff were very nice on reception though. It’s the small thing that make a place standout and make you want to book again.

All these type buildings in Surfers have the same issues. They are poorly maintained and superficially cleaned. This apartment (we got lumbered on the first floor which we hated) was poorly maintained….walls desperately need repainting and the carpets were filthy. They use contract cleaners who do the bare minimum to keep the apartment clean. The bed quilt was stained (disgusting) and the pillows old and worn. The stove knobs were greasy and dirty and the pull out sofa bed was disgracefully dirty. It’s not a bad apartment but it is dirty, stick. No poorly maintained.

Apartment block easy to find and with its own parking on edge of broadbeach area. Room was spacious with balcony over looking the sea and if your travelling laundry facilities. Easy walk to beach and 30 min stroll along promenade if you want to go to surfers paradise. Plenty of bars / restaurants in and around and if you want to shop pacific heights is a very large mall with great shops and eateries.

The location and the view is next to none!!! The resort is very well kept and maintained. The apartment was very spacious. It was a shame however that the cleaner lacked attention to detail and pride like the rest of the resort showed. Dusty, some mould, sheets stained. The rug was very worn, laundry cuppboard door in need of repair, and some general maintenance would be needed to bring the room back to the original standard. Despite i would stay again when the rates are on special.

Overall good experience. Just few simple stuff like, booked for 4 pax just 2 toilet rolls provided. Toilet brush was broken already and they didn’t replace when the previous party checked out I suppose . Front office staff was amazing. Great service .

Great location with everything close by. We asked for an earlier check-in on the day, and i was contacted to say my room was ready 3 hours before the actual check-in. Front desk was super friendly. Room was clean and spacious...

The apartment was very clean. Amazing beachview from the balcony. Very spacious and great location, very close walking distance to the beach and shops. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Don’t understand how this apartment has that good rating. Apartment was not good at all and found big Spider aswell. Don’t recommend at all to any one.

Hi Bijit, I am so sorry to hear you felt your apartment was poor. If we were to know you were not satisfied, we could have been able to rectify for you. But we weren't to know. We do also have routine pest control carried out, but thank you for bringing the spider to our attention, we are monitoring.
