Dear Ms Nakano, Thank you for your review. We made contact with you right throughout your stay and none of this was brought to our attention at any time. We even asked if you thought your room was noisy and wasn't up to your standard and you said it was great, quiet and amazing. You were advised at check-in that our apartments are self contained and that you would receive a weekly service where everything was cleaned and replenished unlike what your review states. You were also told that if you required any extras, everything was available at reception. Also to clarify, we checked all rooms on your floor on the day of the incense smell trying to eliminate a fire brigade call out. You also told us that someone had hacked your Expedia account and posted a previous response. We spoke to you almost every day when you were heading out for the day and you always said your were extremely happy. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our housekeeping team do an amazing job. We are sorry that you told us this but your review states different.

Hi, we are not a hotel, this is a self contained apartment you stayed in. We give you a starter pack for your arrival and then you purchase replacements at either supermarket or we have for sale at reception. Thank you

Hi SandraSorry you did not enjoy your stay. Might be because you had more people staying in the apartment that was booked for. One of the blankets had to be thrown out as had nail polish and other liquids on it that could not be removed. You lost the apartment key until you found it late that afternoon which was too late as we then had to get new keys cut for the next guests.
