思っていたより部屋が小さく感じました。エレベーターがないので、2.3階の人はちょっとめんどくさいと思います。立地は良くて、サーファーズパラダイスにも車で12分と近かったです。

ゴルフ場に隣接していて、静かでのどかな良いホテルでした。 観光地や街の中心部までは離れているけど、レンタカーがあれば全く問題ありませんでした。 街中の便利な場所にあるホテルより、 車で遊びに出掛けて 静かなホテルに帰って来て部屋やプールで 寛ぐことが出来たので良かったです。 内庭にあるプール越しにゴルフコースが見えて、清潔に保たれた良い部屋でした。 (週末だけはバスの団体旅行者が来たらしく騒がしさとマナーの悪さが気になったけど…) 次回はゴルフをする為に行きたいので 宿泊者のゴルフ料金やレンタルクラブやレンタルシューズの料金などがホテルのホームページなどから見れるようにしてほしいと思いました。 レストランの料理は 朝も夜も美味しかったけど、料金が高かったので 少しだけ評価を下げて4にしました。

部屋が広範囲の建物の中なので、チェックインカウンターから部屋までの距離が結構あり、屋外なので雨の時の移動がちょっと大変でした。 ホテルまで交通手段については、バスの７５５路線の停留所が歩いて１０数分程度の所にあり、朝７時から夜７時まで１時間に一本の割合でブロードウェイサウスまで行けます。これで満足できるなら安く観光できます。

Room wasn't ready, I was offered a lesser room with no discount as I had pre paid, waited for approximately 3hrs in bar area, later offered drinks voucher after I had bought 3 drinks, went to use one only to be asked to supply a further payment for beer of my choice. Gave up after that & returned drinks cards to staff unused. Finally in my room it was clean & quiet. I don't blame staff but person held up in room should have left at 10am not 2 pm

Rooms were a good size, facilities had everything you could need. It is in a nice quiet area away from the busyness of main strip but it is only a 10-15 drive if you wanted to go. Pool facilities are great and the buffet breakfast option waa perfect for us as we didn't need to venture out for lunch

Disappointed
We had to change rooms as in the 1st room, the air conditioning wasn't working, fridge leaking and mouldy and shower wan't working. 2nd room was better but air conditioner was noisy and no fan in bathroom which is a hygiene risk also shower screen ended less than halfway across causing water to flood the floor. Tap in shower/bath worked but didn't turn water off completely from the other tap/showerhead. Limited kitchen crockery no plates, bowls, knives or forks which would help if people wanted to save money by having a meal in the room instead of eating out for all meals. Pool having no lifeguard and people bringing drinks in glasses from the bar with no regard for safety. No lifts in general except in lobby which has been modernised but the rooms have been left to deteriorate. House keeping came in when we had our 'do not disturb' sign up. Overall, wouldn't reccomend if staying for more than a couple of nights

Every staff member was friendly. Room was quiet and clean. GF option in dining was fantastic Only complaint would be that the resort was full with attendees for Paul McCartney concert and a shuttle bus would have made it much better for everybody Other than that we enjoyed our one night stay

Peaceful and beautiful location
We attended a conference in Carrera so this was the perfect location, room a bit dated but very comfortable and great King bed. Awesome pool as well but it closes at 10pm which was way too late due to the noise of unruly kids at that hour!! Restaurant was average dinner wise but couldn’t fault the cocktails :) Will def stay here again.

Nice room that was clean with lovely view. Some minor issues impacting overall score included fan didn't work in bathroom, not all bathroom products were available for use (body wash empty)and tea/coffee supplies weren't resupplied despite staying 2 nights. Small things but influenced impressions

Comfortable and pool is heated , staff very friendly, meals were delicious and not overpriced. However as a smoker I found that the only area you could have a cigarette is via the front entrance to reception which is a bit off putting for guests who don’t smoke and those who do, would certainly consider having another area for the comfort of all your guests. Not to mention safety at night having to walk up there.
