良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、客室の快適度
家族向きです。
高級コンドと言う部類より少し劣るとは思います。でも、海外での１ウイーク以上滞在した経験者なら普通に過ごす事が可能です。立地条件もお店や海から遠すぎず近すぎずといった感じで、良かったです。カジノやショッピングセンターにも徒歩５分位でした。セキュリティも有り、不自由はあまり感じませんでした。部屋の間取りが良く、隣の大きな笑い声も玄関ドアの外の廊下なら聞こえますが、室内では一切聞こえませんでした。 安心して家族でトランプゲームなどして大きな声で笑う事が出来てとても良かったです。 地下車庫から部屋廊下へは直接エレベーターでアクセス出来ます。 ブロードビーチまでサーファーズから離れると日本人にはほぼ会う事は無くて外国に来た感じは最高です。

The 2 bedroom apartment we used was excellent value for us as a family. Kitchen facilities were excellent, plenty of room in the apartment with balcony space, bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of cloth hanging space, bathrooms very functional and clean. A most enjoyable stay for us and would recommend to others.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to shops and lots of local eateries. Beach was a 5 min walk. Local transport at close by and easily navigated.

dishwasher had food remnants in it otherwise it was clean, reception service was great lovely staff on all shifts and i think it was the cleaner man as well who was lovely and very helpful.

Services were terrible room not up to standard cutlery and crockery very dirty , Wouldn't stay there again,when I complaint to management they apologized but that's not how you keep customer's 🙁

Nice apartment and good location. One thing have to complain that is the internet was so so slow. Not to mention hard to get it connected, can you believe there's less than 1M speed in 2023? I thought I was back on 2003.

Apartment was lovely! So spacious, great view. The only few things that weren’t great was we didn’t get any dishwasher powder or dishwashing liquid so couldn’t wash any dishes. Under the couch cushions was really dirty and my son found medication under the couch! And we still haven’t received our security bond back.

Great stay. Received an upgrade which was lovely. Réception staff were exceptional, so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Room had everything I needed. Comfortable bed. Good view. Easy walk to beach and shops. Secure access when reception closed.

Was in a great position. Very close to Conference centre and supermarkets etc. TV did not have a working remote which was annoying. Mentioned it on 1st day of my stay but never fixed. Spa bath didnt work, but only discovered that on last night. Apartment layout was superb

The property is situated within walking distance of a alot of good dining options, shopping and a good beach. The noise from traffic could be disconcerting for some gusets. The rooms probably are a little tired but are very comfortable and clean.

Great location - all shops restaurants etc at finger tips. Only one block to beach. Attentive and helpful staff. 3 bedroom unit excellent layout with amazing master ensuite!!

We selected Manta On the Park for its close proximity to the Convention Centre. The room was very clean and nicely fitted out. It had a good sized balcony with new furniture. The car park was free and we actually had 2 spots allocated to us even though we only required 1. The check in staff called me to let me know we could check in early as soon as the room was ready. Front reception staff member was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we need accommodation on the GC.

Liked car park and walking distance to the beach. Didn't like dated/old fixtures and no pay tv. Shower screen was rusted and a recent hole had been cut out of the bath spa (maybe to replace pump). lounge looked like something picked up from a street sale.

Didnt like that reception on Sat is only open til noon. We had received an email about "late" checkin process but I deleted that. And then when we arrived, i became very stresses and agitated when I couldnt access the building. I tried to find that email but I couldnt. I was diagnosed on Fri with a medical condition and so we were comin away to reduce my stress (on doctors approval. He had said if going away for the weekend) I actually ended up having to take my meds early I was so stressed. I worked it

I like place because it is central to the Broadbeach area as you can walk to countless restaurants and shops and the Casino if you are interested is a five minute walk. The views are good the staff are all very efficient and friendly.

Perfect for Conference Centre
This is as close as you can get to the conference centre without staying at the Star. Very reasonable pricing, clean, modern and spacious, no complaints at all. Everything is a short walk away also, so perfect position.
