A 2 bedroom North facing apartment, with ocean views. Modern furnishings & appliances, a large balcony & fantastic amenities make this a great getaway for couples, families & business travellers. Located across the road from a patrolled beach & within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes and public transport. Includes Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV & Secure Parking provided as well as complex Pool & Gym.

This older style apartment is situated on the 9th floor and includes:

WIFI is a portable modem located in the kitchen on bench.
Please ensure this is turned on and plugged in.
No check-ins or check outs on Christmas Day, New Years day, Good Friday or Easter Sunday.

Fresh linen & towels can be provided for stays more than 6 nights as part of our turndown service.
This is an option at a reduced cost. Please let us know if you would like this option.

We can arrange your shopping for you, a driver, local tours and catering. Anything else - just ask!

We can supply a Porta-cot if required, as well as a baby chair and baby utensils etc - please ask & we are happy to provide these (must be reserved prior to arrival)

NOISE RESTRICTIONS

Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the property at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor (balcony) entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.

The ocean view is impaired by a high rise being built and the noise starts at 6 am and goes through the whole day with load music and drilling and workmen. The building is getting run down and inside the two bedroom apartment you cannot open the windows or doors due to the noise.If you are not going to stay there during the day then it's fine.
