"Very nice Hotel with great breakfast"

"Breakfast is a bit special, a lot of cheese and other less ordinary things you find in other hotels. Overall a nice hotel with good service, could wish for longer opening hours in the gym but it is what it is… Will definitly stay here next time!"

"Excellent breakfasts and menu in restaurant. Beautiful renovated old industrial building. Super spa. No valet, no help with luggage. Terrible narrow twin beds with low quality mattresses. Reception staff not able to answer basic questions. Price like top hitel in Lodz but location is not comparable. Mixed feelings overall."

"Sehr ruhiges Hotel, mit super freundlichem Personal. Habe mich hier sehr Willkommen gefühlt und wie zuhause. Später Check-in nach 00h war gar kein Problem, sowie früher Check-out vor 05:30h ebenfalls kein Problem. Das Restaurant hat super leckeres Essen, sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist etwas ruhiger. Preis-Leistung ist durchaus zufriedenstellend. Freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt dort."

"The hotel was clean, breakfast was great and had a big variety. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely again! "

"Small beds, no a/c. Front desk staff was super nice only this that we enjoyed. "

"Nice hotel in great location near Manufaktura. The staff is very accommodating and helpful."

"Great little balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street below."

"Hotel is dated, needs a refurbishment. Price is not adequate to a standard. Very good breakfast. Comfy beds. Great location for peaceful stay."

"The room and facilities were quite good. The food was quite good. Breakfast buffet good. The dinner food was nice. Evening dining service was awful on the two occasions that I used it. I was served on each night by staff that seemed unhappy to be serving food. Night one was almost acceptable service. Night two was dreadful. The bar dining room had two or three other people at tables and no customers at the bar. The table had crumbs of food on it. The food was brought to my table with no...
