The buffet-style breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food that I could eat in accordance with my dietary needs. The staff were polite, professional and welcoming. "Very spacious room in a gorgeous hotel minutes away from the old town. The staff is super efficient, the water fountains are great. On the last day we left early and they prepared a plentiful breakfast to go. I can’t fault the IBB Grand Hotel. It’s perfect."

"Room spotless, exactly as described, brilliant views, old town magnificent. Only reason not 5 star is anxiety caused by lack of promised email re access codes. I had to chase up 2 hours before check in which i didnt need, girl on phone seemed very stressed. I was very stressed i might not have access. Lublin well worth a visit."
