Rowsley Valley Tiny House 2 by Tiny Away sits in the rural locality of Glenmore, just an hour from Melbourne and 42 minutes from Ballarat. Set on 53 acres, this chic farm stay offers stunning country views, a serene atmosphere, and the chance to meet our friendly farm animals.
Nearby attractions include Bacchus Marsh, the scenic Lerderderg State Park, the medieval-themed Kryal Castle, and the charming town of Ballan—perfect for a day of exploring.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. Upon arrival, please open the main gate and proceed to the second gate to find the tiny house.

For nearby adventures, explore Ballan and its surrounds, including Werribee Gorge, St. Anne’s Vineyard, and Pykes Creek. Visit Kryal Castle for a medieval experience, meet kangaroos at Ballarat Wildlife Park, or enjoy scenic hikes at Lerderderg State Park.

By public transport:
- The property is located on Glenmore Rd which connects to the cities of Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong and town of Bacchus Marsh through taxi, train, bus service or personal transport
Other Things to Note:
- No BBQ Grill & WiFi
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home or onsite
- Please dispose of cigarette butts properly to avoid bush fires
- Telstra and Optus have good signals and the rest have weak signals
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival
Farm guidelines
- Please keep the main gates closed to avoid animals' escape
- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property
- Do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
