「Excellent hotel.」

「The shower didn’t work and there was no hot water so showering was in a dribble of cold water. We did tell the girl on reception but never got fixed. The room was economy so maybe other rooms are better but if you want to close the door while on the toilet then defo pay more. Can’t watch tv in bed as it’s around the corner. The staff were lovely though just didn’t solve the problem and a shower is a must especially in 25 degree heat」

「Booked an executive double room which was very spacious and had a large bath too. A bit dated overall but clean and we had a lovely overnight stay. Dinner and breakfast were both good quality with gluten free options. I enjoyed using the pool and sauna (pre book) however disappointed the hot tub snd steam room were not in operation. Also, the spa was closed both Sunday and Monday. Hotel is set in extensive grounds and is a 15 minute walk into Aberfoyle. Plenty EV charging points at the hotel....

「Lovely Loch view doubles. Big comfy bed. Traditional decorations old feel country house hotel with good spa-pool, steam and sauna. Breakfast included. Top gourmet restaurant and service, decent bar and bar snack offer also available. Good VFM overall in a stunning location overlooking Loch Rannoch.」

「To start with the positive, the staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and the view is amazing. The property is well outdated and run down (1980s). The outdoor hallway is a desaster area. There are no restaurants, coffees, shops etc. open in the evening which would typically be the arrival time The hotel next door is the most unfriendly place I have ever come across..... they do not serve Highland Club Residents and therefore there is nothing you can get to eat within 45!...

「Excellent, comfortable and clean chalet with good view’s across the loch Rannoch and the hills. The climb up to the chalet was okay after we got used to it. Very good views of mountain Schiehallion from the chalet. The car parking was tight.」

「The property was beautiful but a little of town. Very limited taxi/cabs available therefore one has to ensure that they are organized and pre-book transportation. The staff was extremely accommodating and very polite and helpful」

「We really enjoyed our stay here for a group of five. Nicely laid out property and great views of the valley, hills, and mountains. The property is nice and modern. I found the beds comfortable, but my friend said they were a little soft and bouncy. We loved that we could watch Netflix and television easily. We will definitely stay here again. 」
