What do you mean by that reverse reverse and they were told so the customer was told that it would take us at least 60 days to do that if we could otherwise it would just send us a credit. Customer wasn’t satisfied with that response and then I guess apparently someone in the call center said you know what you have the option file PCO complaint not a good way to end that call just FYI so the customer came to me cause I’m their account rep and said what can you do to help us so I kind of started going down the path of asking you know David Turner, and my director well he’s our director now over here in Ohio. "Had made my reservations online and i had made the original one apparently for the wrong date (the day after I needed) so i had to book room again for the correct day and I was not allowed to cancel and get a refund even though it was as soon as i clicked to print the receipt i realized and expedia says hotel does not do refunds when i went to the hotel they said they would give a refund if i had made it through them and that expedia would have to refund me i told them expedia says they do not do refunds and said that was final and they say they do but i never go a refund then when i checked in it was freezing cold in the room literally speaking actually well below freezing there was a sheet and a thin blanket i turned heat up as high as it would go and t was still freezing when i left in the morning and i told they employee and they did not even respond "

"Front staff lady was very rude. She did not welcome me. She just asked, do you have a registration? She was in a bad mood, i do not know the reason. I was pleasant and sweet and tried to make her smile. No luck. She was mad about sometime. I felt sad and I went to bed sad. The room was beautiful and clean. Food and kitchen was top notch."

"Beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff and a beautiful room. And in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Yellow Springs. The only downside was that the HVAC system in the room is noisy and the rooms could be more soundproof. We have been here before this visit and we will visit again. And their restaurant has delicious food!"

"The entire property is in disrepair. Warped ceiling tiles and filthy floor in lobby. Parking spaces not plowed and looked like they hadn’t been for several snow storms. Walkways also not shoveled. Trash cans overflowing indoors and outside main entrance. 1st room assigned to us had rips in the carpet, mold on the tile and sink caulk. Toilet did not flush. Smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. Beds are not actually queen sized. Musty cigarette smell throughout. Key card envelope was all bent up and had obviously been re-used several times. I have never seen this! When I requested a refund, the nice young man called the manager who told him that refunds were not allowed after check in. However, you don’t see the condition of room until after check in! I requested to speak to the manager personally and he said she did not answer the phone when he called her back even though he stepped out of the room for a long time and I could hear him talking with someone. He did provide a different, slightly better room. But the beds were still small, many light bulbs were not working, and there were broken tiles in the bathroom. The overall condition of the hotel made me question the cleanliness of everything so we did not eat breakfast there. We chose this hotel based on proximity to a venue. But truly wish we would have chosen from the much nicer hotels for a similar price 10 minutes away. "

"The thermostat did not work ... Even though I called repair & they showed me how to do it once they left the hvac heater would not turn on... Your stat installer did Not Remove the clear protective film from the stat display. Signs of a poor install job... Nice to have a wall mounted stat but useless if it doesn't work... BTW your front desk said ever since the upgrade of wall mounted stats they have never worked correctly!! Time to call your HVAC Contractor & get this corrected. Also Your pool was not open... No good if it can not be used.... The TV was menue system was difficult to use but I did fig it out eventually... All employees where very nice & helpful Corporate needs to step up to the plate & get simple stuff working...."
