"House was clean and tidy upon arrival. Nice pool and rec center nearby. House is extremely dated, i.e. low countertops, wooden toilet seats, older furniture. The property manager, Kenndra, was very helpful and cheery."

"Easily one of our favorite family rentals ever. The house was big enough to fit our group of 11 comfortably, with big comfy beds for the adults and a great bunk room for the littles. The house was stocked w everything you could possibly need, especially if you have little ones (toys, games, scooters!). Jessica’s communication was clear, kind, responsive and helpful. And we love Black Butte! For summer guests: this house was 1 mile from the Glaze Meadow rec center and pool, and about 10 min drive from Lakeside Pool. Highly recommend, would love to go back!"

"The house was one of the best homes for a large group. Kitchen very well stocked with any type of cooking need, spacious, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, activities for the littles, game room and closet to Glaze Meadow rec center. Great find and reasonable rates."

"Good communication from host prior to trip, ease of entry, house well stocked, with all the amenities a person could possibly wish for to cook, play games and spend time with family. Black Butte Ranch was a great place with multiple swimming pools & hot tubs to choose from (even on New Year's Day) as the hot tub at the house was temporarily out of order. I would say the house could have used a "deep clean" as some surfaces were quite dusty and there were some cobwebs building up, but otherwise it was comfy and homey. Hoodoo and other places for snow activities are not far at all, and we even found a small hill just behind the house for the kids to sled on! Thanks for a lovely stay :)"

"If you're looking for a place to have a family reunion, vacation or simply time away, we found this home to be a perfect spot. Our children and grandchildren have always wanted to have a family Thanksgiving away from home and this was the perfect home and place. Kara was responsive, helpful and made it easy for us. The home had everything for both the adults and for the children. What impressed us was how clean and easy everything was. A BIG plus was the hot tub and sauna. Overall, we had great time, and many memories were made."
