「We picked this property because of its location between Mammoth Cave and the Corvette Museum but primarily because of its remote feel. The place was very clean and the views out the backyard were superb. Our kids could explore and while there are neighbors to both sides we only heard 1 car come down the dead end street. We’ll certainly stay here again.」

「The She Shed was great. Cozy little spot. Stayed for three nights and slept great. The hosts we're awesome: helpful and hospitable. The cabin was stocked well enough that we could cook a little breakfast in the morning and head off to Mammoth Cave for some hiking during the day. Really happy I found this spot. Glamping is where it's at.」

「The layout is nice, the view is wonderful. The noise level from highway is loud at times. The windows do not all have screens and some of them have openings that let in bugs. 「This house was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of space for 6 adults. Parking was a little difficult but only because we had a trailer with 2 jeeps. That was on us! Normal everyday drivers would be just fine. Set on the back upper deck and watched the wild life (ground hog living under neighbors house) and used the grill.」

「The house was very reasonably priced so we did not go with high expectations. The location is great with spectacular views of Barren Lake. Everything is very simple with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The rental was clean and comfortable. It could use updating but for the price it is more than reasonable and I can completely understand the owners not wanting to invest. Altogether we had a great time. Thank you」
