We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had a separate open plan living/kitchen area. The apartment is in a great location, close to Queens street station and a small walk to bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great location and very nice and clean, but we were on the top floor and the stairs are almost to much for a older person. It was a great stay.

disappointed from arrival, The staff onsite left early so we had no way to get into the property or to the room, luckily we were let in by a member of the public going through the same situation, and we came across a very helpful maintenance staff member who called someone to help us get access to the suite. The entrance was dirty with rubbish, very noisy room, lots of street noise and it would have also been nice to be made aware of all the ongoing works outside the accommodation, that started before 7am in the morning. handy location, poor sleep

The room was not up to par in regards to cleanliness and broken appliances as appeared in pictures. I have sent two emails and two phone calls to manager as instructed when checking out to discuss reimbursement and continue to not get a reply, been waiting a month, for a reply and nothing. Head of housekeeping said he was going to submit a report when not happy when we showed him thru the suite, have lots of pictures if manager would reply. Disappointed because it is a great place to stay, just unfortunately our room needed a good cleaning.

We loved the location!! The two patios were amazing. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer and the ability to cook was a bonus!!! Would definitely recommend this space.

Really nice apartment every thing you needed great location for where we wanted to be the only let down was the water it was only just warm couldn't have a bath just warm enough for a shower reported it twice receptionist said she would report it to maintenance it wasn't sorted very disappointing

Brilliant location, fab apartments overlooking George Square, central for all our needs. Friendly staff. Well equipped flat with a small welcome pack too. Have already rebooked for October will bring our washing next time 😂

The room itself was terrific. Large, great for long stays as it had a full kitchen and washing machine. No AC but that seems to be quite common in the UK. The check in process was terrible. The office closes at some point (which wasn’t included on the listing) so we stood there for a long time with our luggage. We tried calling ‘emergency numbers’ with no answer. Luckily a maintenance man came by and was able to help us get in. Then the ‘emergency’ number called back - it’s the same hotel chain but in Edinburgh - to try and help get us in. Wild.

Unreliable elevator. Working some time but not other times. Staff or security not very helpful. Didn’t have our reservation at time of arrival and seemed very suspicious that we had one even though we pre checked in earlier. Not a welcoming experience

Mann sollte sich keinen tollen Ausblick erwarten da man dir die extrem stark verschmutzen Fenster kaum durchgesehen hat. Der restliche Zustand der Wohnung war ganz brauchbar. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Good location, but the parking on George Street property is misleading as they don't have parking on premises. I moved to the one on Bath Road and was made to pay £20 per night for parking. The bed is on wheels so it kept moving about, pretty frustrating, the blinds are in the way so windows don't open at all ( Both in the bedroom and living room) and in this weather that's a big no. The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work as well (no windows) The staff on duty when I checked in were very very helpful. And handled my switching accommodations pretty quickly.
