"Extremely disappointing experience. Check-in was handled by unorganized staff who didn't know which room was mine and initially downgraded me from an Executive Room to a budget room. "Unfortunately my first stay at a hotel on my home province was not great. They gave us a room that was basically in a basement. The worse thing was there was no power the room was duck and hot, it was not load shedding but an issue around the area. We ended up looking for accommodation somewhere else that had backup generators. So basically we had to pay again for another accommodation. Overall the place looks good and clean but being in a basement in the dark was a no no."

Bushveld Terrace Safari Hotel, Lodge & Spa

Bushveld Terrace Safari Hotel, Lodge & Spa

10/10 Excellent
"Located 1 minute from the Phalaborawa Gate, this is an excellent location for visiting the Northern Part of Kruger National Park. The included breakfast was excellent and evening dinners had a great selection at reasonable prices. Dining is outside under the South African stars. The room was large with a great view into the wild. I would highly recommend staying here on a Safari Journey."
