「The apartment was lovely & clean. Nice warm bedding. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment. We end up buying a reed diffuser to try to mask the bad smell. Also we were unable to use the dryer because it wouldn’t heat up & it would turn itself off but their was one spot near the filter that felt really hot so their must be something wrong with it. 「We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.」
