Awesome experience

Even though the hotel is located not in the city center but the hotel provides a shuttle service to n from subway station. This is definitely a plus. Will recommend other people to stay at this hotel.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to a convenient train station, where you can take the MTR into various areas of interest. The shuttle comes every 30 minutes or so for both pick up and drop off. We used it every single day that we were Hong Kong without any problems. The hotel also provides a free cell phone to use. Great service and location

This hotel was a pleasant experience. It is a decent walk away (1.5 km) from the Kwai Hing MTR station, but the hotel will also provide rides to Kwai Fong station and other notable locations. As foreigners, we mostly traveled to Central, Mong Kok, and Kowloon -- and being close to MTR was sufficient. The room itself was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The only bad thing was that one of the electrical outlets stopped working after the first day -- we mentioned it to room service but they...
