"We stayed in the cutest little cabin! We got there after dark but they had motion lights out front that helped. The cabin was clean everything neat and in place. It has a sturdy handmade touch on the cedar bed and loft bed, smelled wonderful. We meet with the hosts, they were lovely people. We took a tour of their buffalo farm, showing us their different animals. Over all loved it and want to stay there again!"

"The Red Door ... Fox Trot Cabin that my daughter & I stayed in, Oct 15th-19th was incredible! Our Host Frances would respond to any text I sent within minutes. As we approached the driveway to cabin the gracious neighbor's dog led the way to our cabin with his tail wagging "follow-me". The cabin was spotless, well supplied with everything we needed plus the makings for s'mores ;) We slept like "logs" every night & ready for our days of exploring The Buffalo River & surrounding small towns. If ever back in the National Buffalo River area I would definitely want to stay in one of Frances & Scott's Fox Trot Cabins. We had an amazing time in Arkansas!!Becky & Jolleen Oct 2026"

"The cabin was clean and the beds comfortable. We loved the deer & other animal head trophies on the walls. Rustic look with comfortable couches, arm chairs. Bring your own Wi-Fi, which we always do, so had no lack there. Hot tub was clean and always hot. LC, our host checked in on us to make sure all was well. He was kind and personable, a true local, having grown up right there on the property. We truly enjoyed our restful stay."

"This two bedroom cabin with lovely back porch was just right for a weekend trip with the pup, she had lots of space to run and play ball. LC was a kind and gracious host. Our jeep tour of the farm was educational and the animals were well-loved. I even got to bottle feed their sweet baby calf."

"Nice relaxing location! Close to Mountain Home, AR and Mountain View, AR. Loved sitting on the porch swing and listening to the birds, the breeze and leaves falling. We didn't use the fire pit but loved that it was an option. If you are looking for a quiet place to hang out or use as a base location, I highly recommend this place. It is close to hiking, horse back riding, canoeing on the Buffalo River, booking a fishing excursion on the White River. Lots of restaurants that are not far away."
