Ciliego del Etna

Our stay at Ciliego del Etna was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant has a vast menu and the food is amazing.

Nice location close to the ocean and the Etna. Hotel is okay. Reposition of amenities in the rooms could be better for example we had only one teabag for a room of two people and that was all we had for three days. Air conditioning was quite loud.

Ottima posizione per esplorare i dintorni, Taormina, Etna, Catania. La signora che serve le colazioni ultra gentile ed attenta. La struttura è dotata anche di ristorante, molto frequentato nella zona ma devo dire a noi non ci ha soddisfatto

We spent three nice nights in this hotel. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the great view on the oceanside. The hotel is ideal for Etna tours (which we highly recommend) and for visiting the small villages at the beachside. The food at the restaurant was very delicious.

Il proprietario sig. Alfio ti fa sentire come uno di famiglia. Tutto il personale e in particolare la sig.ra Rosa, e' gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ci si sente come a casa propria. Il panorama e' incantevole. Se si pranza o cena nella struttura, i cibi sono buoni e le porzioni abbondanti. Ottimi il vino e i liquori. Un posto in cui ritornare....

Splendido soggiorno!

Struttura stupenda che gode di una vista stupenda. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, in particolar modo la signora che ci ha servito le colazioni e il direttore (perdonatemi se non ricordo i nomi). Posizione strategica per visitare l'Etna, Taormina e Isola Bella, Gole dell'Alcantara. Consigliatissimo!

Due volti... uno più bello dell'altro

Si può dire che questa struttura abbia due volti, uno rustico ed uno di classe, scegliere fra i due è impossibile: sono entrambi splendidi. Con mia moglie e nostro figlio abbiamo alloggiato in questo agriturismo per 7 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le camere sono semplici ma dotare di televisore ed aria condizionata, ogni giorno viene effettuata la pulizia ed il cambio di tutti gli asciugamani (uno grande, uno medio ed uno piccolo per ciascuno). All'esterno c'è spazio per stendere i costumi da bagno ed i teli da mare. La colazione è un momento piacevole anche grazie alla signora che prepara il caffè sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Le torte poi sono ottime. Questa è la parte "rustica". Quella "di classe" è rappresentata dal ristorante, che ospita feste e cerimonie (ogni sera ce n'era almeno una) ma senza che questo porti alcun disturbo agli altri tavoli. Il servizio è veloce e preciso e mostra un ottimo livello da parte dei camerieri, che mantengono un atteggiamento molto professionale. I titolari sono meno formali e passano tra i tavoli, oltre che per servire, anche per chiacchierare un po', il che quando si è in vacanza fa sempre piacere. La qualità dei piatti poi è molto alta, in una settimana abbiamo assaggiato una gran varietà di proposte e ci è piaciuto tutto; una nota particolare per il risotto ai frutti di mare, le trofie spada e pistacchio, il cuore caldo (che guarda dall'alto tanti mi-cuit francesi) e naturalmente la pizza, fra le migliori mai assaggiate.

Che dire... semplicemente perfetto! Siamo stati li per 6 gg. In una location fantastica, alle nostre spalle il magnifico vulcano e di fronte lo splendido paesaggio della costa che va da Taormina fino ad Acitrezza e dintorni! Quanto sopra condito dalla straordinaria accoglienza e gentilezza dei proprietari e loro dipendenti, noi veniamo dalla Sardegna e vi assicuro che spno stati addirittura superiori per quznto riguarda il calore dell'ospitalità ricevuta. In conclusione un particolare riferimento ai piatti della straordinaria cucina siciliana che abbiamo avuto il piacere e la fortuna di assaporare durante il nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura, sapori e profumi indimenticabili. Soggiorno consigliatisdimo senza se o ma...!

Buen hotel para pasar una noche como hicimos nosotros. Ambiente tranquilo. Alejado de zona de restaurantes, el restaurante es correcto y con buen precio. El desayuno Poco variado, sólo dulce, no hay nada de salado.

Nice place in a middle of nowhere

Hotel was nice and we were pleased with a room. Downside was that it was quite hard to reach the place and you needed a bit of a ride to get anywhere more interesting. Also, wifi was only accessible in a small area around reception, but not in the room itself. The person who meet us when we arrived was hardly helpful and reluctant to answer any questions we had.
