Located on the third floor of a building, the attic can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and a small child. The interior spaces are welcoming and functional: a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a single bed perfect for a child or an extra guest, and a sofa bed in the kitchen area. The bathroom, modern and cared for in detail, is equipped with a comfortable shower.

The heart of the house is the panoramic terrace with an enchanting sea view, furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors, perhaps at sunset, caressed by the sea breeze.

The location is strategic: within walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and all the services needed for a comfortable and authentic holiday.
