Room temperature and atmosphere were excellent, but it would be great if the Spa has Ayurvedic options(I was told by therapist that it is no good for this summer season but Ayurvedic don't choose seasons, we could do any seasons!)

とにかくずっと寒かった‥。滞在2日目に気温が10℃以下になり、すごく寒かった。暖房がないのにびっくり。部屋は広いのに、椅子が一つしかない。 2人で泊まったので1人はベッドに座るしかない。バルコニーにテーブル、椅子がない。

期待が大き過ぎたかも

空港へのピックアップを依頼していたが、荷物が出るのが遅かったため40分後に出口に向かったがドライバーがおらず、ホテルに電話して1時間後にやっと会えた。シャワーのお湯の温度が途中から低くなった。少し部屋が湿っぽい感じがしたのと鍵の開け閉めにコツが必要だった。緑が多く静かな環境だった。朝食は美味しかったが給仕の女性は無愛想だった。フロントのスタッフはとても感じが良かった。

このエリアでは1番いい

朝ごはん美味しかったです。広い敷地ですが一周20分程度で歩けるので安心してウォーキングやランニングもできます。レストランで晩御飯も食べましたがベトナム料理美味しかったです。自然の中なので小さい虫などが部屋にいました。お風呂はお水が少し黄色いので気になる人は入浴剤を持っていくことをお勧めします。

親切なスタッフがいるホテル

チェックイン、アウト、ツアーデスクなど親切に対応してくれました。レンタル自転車を借りたとき、蓮の見どころを聞いたら、親切に教えてくれました。一番奥のエリアに泊まりました。Spaやプール、レストランは近いですが、朝食のレストランやフロントは遠いです。チェックアウトの12：000には、電気自動車を待つ人がたくさんいたので、余裕を持って呼んだ方がいいです。部屋は広くて、天井も高く、木のぬくもりがあるお部屋でした。エアコンの効きもいいです。シャワールームと浴槽が分かれているのが良かったです。アメニティーは歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、綿棒、備え付けのボディーソープとシャンプー、コンディショナーがありました。周囲はお店などは有りませんでした。観光では、バンロンがあり、竹の船で水上を散策出来ました。

ニンビンで宿泊をするならココ

自然に囲まれた静かなリゾートホテル。ニンビンでゆっくりと過ごすのであればお薦めのホテルと言えます。ただ、自然豊なだけに、虫やヤモリなども多いです。それは仕方ないことではありますが、そういうものが苦手な方には、少しストレスを感じるかもしれません。レストランは、可もなく不可もなく。

綺麗なベトナム

ハノイから電車に乗ってニンビン駅へそこからタクシーで30分ほど（2000円くらい。運転手さんは英語通じずジェスチャーと英語の単語でビールの買えるお店に寄ってもらい1ケースゲットしてから乗り込みました。ホテルにビールの買える売店はありません）広くて素敵なリゾートホテルでしたカートでホテル内を移動出来ますお部屋はコテージタイプ 11月の末でしたが外のプールの水も入っていてビーチにバーも営業しており美味しいカクテルを飲みましたイタリアンレストランでランチ、ワインバーでフルボトル（けっこう高い1本4000円。ビールはレストランで一杯300円）飲んでルームサービスを頼んで夕食にしましたが6人で20000円で充分飲み食いできました。朝食は付いてます。フルーツもあって大好きなマンゴーを山盛りを頂きました時間が無く川の方までも行けませんでしたので残念だったしもっと暖かい時に再訪したいです! あっ、ひとつだけ残念だったのはシャワーのお湯が温すぎた! 暖かい時に来ればそれもクリアかな（笑）

水田の中のリゾート

広大な敷地にバンガローが点在する。ヴァンロンのリザベーションまで歩いて１０分ほど。周りには、牛、あひる、犬が遊ぶ水田が広がる。都会の喧噪を離れた散歩やサイクリングが楽しめる。レストランは限定されているが満足できる。ただ、部屋によって、バスのための湯量やプライバシーの程度が異なるようだ。

大きな規模のリゾート

大きな規模のリゾートで端から端までまわるのも大変そうな広さでした。庭はよく手入れもされており、花と緑がいっぱいの敷地です。ロビーも広々していて、スタッフもよく訓練されていました。夕食はレストランで取りましたがとても美味しかったです。ただ、値段は少し高めでベトナム料理の数も少なめです。デラックスルームに泊まりましたが部屋は広いけれど、昼間はちょっと薄暗い感じでした。リゾートといえば明るい部屋を想像していたのでちょっとがっかり。でもテラスにも椅子があるのでそこで寛いだらいいのですが。ホテルの近くには民家があるだけで店などはあまりありませんが、ヴァンロン自然保護区の湖が近くにあり、ボートに乗ることができました。タムコックやチャンアンの川下りに比べて人も少ないしのどかでとてもよかったです。

夏にリピしたい

とても雰囲気が良いホテルです。ゆっくり滞在したいと思いました。ホテルの周りにはローカルなお見せがあるくらいなのでレストランで食事することになりますと思いますが、リラックスできます。朝には自転車で5分もかからない場所にヴァンロン自然保護区に行ってサイクリングロードを走ると気持ちいいです。スパやプールも充実しています。

The Resort的な感じ

スタッフ達はいつも笑顔、親切でフレンドリー。部屋も清潔。SPAもあり、レストランもあり、プールも数か所もある。のんびり過ごせるかと思います。しかし、送迎車がないと自力ではなかなかたどり着かないと思います。

自分へのごほうびに最適なリゾート

2013年5月宿泊女性20代 2名リゾート周辺には集落と小さな商店や食堂などがありましたが長期で滞在するなら市街で買い物してからチェックインすることをお勧めします建物もファブリックも高級感にあふれていてスタッフは控えめで感じがよく大変満足した滞在になりましたシーズンオフなのかほとんど客は見かけず大きなプールなども貸しきり状態でした部屋の快適度とメンテナンスについては☆４つとしましたが空調が強すぎたことと部屋の庭だけ手入れが雑なように思ったので４つとしました敷地内のスパでマッサージを受けましたが友人と並んで施術を受けられる広い部屋を用意してくれたりとてもサービスがよかったです朝食ビュッフェは20USDと高めですが種類も豊富で味もよかったですニンビンの市内から送迎バスをだしていたらもっとよかったです

Great place to stay

Emeralda resort is an amazing place. Feel relaxed durimg my stay and the place is beautiful and clean as well. Just one thing that I sent them email to possibly request an upgraded room since Im a Gold member. But there was no reply until I visited there neither was upgraded even though there was not many guest without any notice. It would be nice if there was any explanation. Rather than, everythint was.perfect.

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Emeralda Resort. Besonders hervorheben muss ich die Lage direkt in Nähe Van Longs. Die Bungalows waren in Cluster unterteilt, welche jeweils einen eigenen kleinen Pool besaßen. Die Größe der Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich und sehr komfortabel. Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Personal am Empfang und die Zimmerfrauen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ganz besonders toll war das vielfältige Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren über die Weihnachtsfeiertage da, darum kamen wir an Heiligabend in den Genuss von einem kostenlosen Willkommensbuffet am Hauptpool mit leckeren Häppchen und Getränken. An sich hat das gesamte Resort ein tolles Flair, allerdings ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat dadurch reichlich Verschleiß an der Fassade. Einen Abzug gibt es noch bei dem Frühstückspersonal, es wirkte stets etwas lustlos und desinteressiert.

리조트는 고즈넉하고 방도 넓고 좋더군요. 하지만 직원들이 불친절해요.. 택시 콜 부탁했는데 마음대로 물어보지도 않고 외국인과 동승시키려고 하더라구요..직원들 교육이 필요할듯해요..

Good facilities: indoor pool etc. Room was fine but nothing special. Mixed quality breakfast. First the staff seemed friendly and flexible. Then we asked for a chair for the balcony. The only way to get the chair would be to pay for a room upgrade. Anyways they were burning trash outside so no need for the chair after all. Also some dust from the nearby factories. Overpriced tours and restaurant. Luckily some local options available. So overall we were expecting more and Emeralda did not compare very well to the other resorts we stayed during our trip.

très bon séjour

Resort très confortable. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Seul bémol wc dans la salle de bain et produits d'hygiène pas très qualitatif. Les piscines sont très agréables, particulièrement celle couverte et chauffée. Belle salle de sport. Le restaurants est qualitatif avec cependant des prix un peu chers. J'aurais préféré au petit déjeuner moins de choix et plus de qualité . Personnels très attentionnés et parlant le français (réception)

쉬면서 힐링하기 좋은 호텔~

여자 셋이 갔는데, 푹 쉬고 오기 너무나 좋았어요. 레스토랑 음식도 꽤 맛나고, 마사지도 좋구요. 수영장도 여러군데라 이곳저곳 왔다갔다 했습니다! 힐링하기 넘 좋아요~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용 합니다.

Wonderful resort, terrible pool

The nature is amazing in the resort. I loved all the greens! The food was amazing too. It was fresh with lots of healthy options. However, the condition of the pool was terrifying. There were water insects in the pool including mosquito larvae. I think you should use chlorine at least. Also, there were ill-mannered guests, but no one stopped them ex) Smoking by the pool and throwing cigarette ash and buds on the floor, swimming in underwear and so on.

Amazing resort in a quaint setting

We stayed at Emeralda Resort for 4D/3N in Aug19. We had a family duplex and a delux double room. The rooms are well sized but the property is old and room amenities are quite basic. However the overall resort setting is extremely quite and peaceful and one gets the feel of being nestled in a quint hinterland surrounded by mountains and paddy fields. The quite setting of the place, resort facilities like pool side bar, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, mini golf for kids and multicuisine Organic Restaurant more than makes up any deficiency in the room upkeep and amenities. We organised our airport transfers and all tours through the resort and the service was of high standards. Our tour guide Mr. Thong was extremely courteous, hospitable and had an eye for every detail needed to make it a wonderful experience. We would strongly recommend him for anyone needing guided tours in English. The main tourist spots like TrangAn, Mua Cave, Tam Coc are within 25min driving distance and there is Van Long Nature reserve within 5min for a great cycling tour or boat ride. Overall this place is ideal for families looking for a quaint and peaceful vacation in an idyllic resort setting full of natural beauty and expansive landscape within couple hours of driving from Hanoi

3 jours dont 1 avec pluie ce qui nous a permis de profiter de l'excellent Spa. Piscines sympa, bungalows bien aménagés, restaurant un peu cher, petit déjeuner très varié et pour tous les goûts, personnel serviable. À recommander.

Thumbs up. Good Eco friendly resort.

Stayed as office I visited was nearby. Very well-managed facility. Room was spacious and cool. Basically, facility itself is old and a bit worn, but seems well-managed so quite comfortable during stay. Swimming pool is also maintained well so good for fun swimming. Water quality is so so. Too much chloride. Considering it is outdoor pool, acceptable. Breakfast was good, but not fantastic. you can taste rice noodle and if you don't like, simply continental breakfast. Resort restaurant is also cheap so comfortable to have dinner Very Good cabin-in-the-woods resort. Even though it was biz trip, I felt I was healed. want to visit again with family later.
