You will have a 3-room apartment that measures 100 square meters on the 3rd floor. This apartment has partly sloping ceilings and modern, tasteful furnishings. The large living/dining room includes a TV. There are 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings. The small, open kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table.

The apartment is equipped with a shower/bidet/WC, separate WC, gas heating, and air-conditioning. Please note that heating is available only from October 1 to April 30. You will have a partial view of the lake. Facilities include a hair dryer and free WiFi internet access. There is a reserved parking space numbered 14, but no elevator.
