「When I arrived, the man at the desk told me he couldn’t honor my reservation because “a pipe broke” and he had no other room. I had to go to another town and try to find a room at a different motel late in the day. He told me if I contacted Expedia and told them what happened he would return my money through them. 「The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I enjoyed using the fitness room; it was perfect for my needs. The management was very helpful and courteous. The hot breakfasts were wonderful. The only downside to my stay was that I was told that the room would be serviced every 3 days. Since I was there for 6 nights, I expected my room to be refreshed at least once during my stay.
