"The house has sooo much potential and the location is amazing and we were happy at the beginning of our stay till an electric outage happened half way through our holiday and the client service of that place was nothing but non professional. They left us with no help or support and we had older people who struggled to roam the house in the complete darkness and when we did call them every time someone says that they are on a new shift and did not abiut what happened earlier. "We are returning customers and would not hesitate to return. The service is great, and the room is always top notch. The view is to die for and the location of the hotal is excellent."

"We stayed for 4 nights and upgraded to a club king room with sea view which was very nice snd worth it. The property is very well maintained and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful. I would only say that the bed is more on the firm side and given our personal preference is a bit softer this would be the only negative. Also if you are a very light sleeper, note you can sometimes hear motorcycles from the main street below even from the 11th floor which the hotel cannot control however the overall comfort and sea view compensated for this. Buffet breakfast was delicious and access to the club suite was convenient since you can grab coffee, refreshments and snacks 24 hours, plus appetizers and alcoholic beverages from 5-7pm. I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is in the middle of a largely residential area but the rest of the island is easily accessible via Uber/Bolt taxis at very reasonable prices. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was very good with a full choice available. It is worthwhile walking around the districts adjoining the property where there are several villages wth small bars and restaurants . We found the local people to be very friendly. Many of the buildings are very historic and beautiful."

"After spending a few days in busy, crowded Valletta, Ramla Bay Resort was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean and island views. Nice room with a big balcony, great restaurants, and a friendly staff. There are multiple swimming pools and a beach area - all with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas."
