"The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken. Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor."

"I understand that it was Ramadan. But I ought to be able to secure a cup of coffee in the dining area. There were no staff on hand & the garbage can behind the counter was overflowing. I had to go to the front desk & remind the manager that some sort of service must be in place for non-Muslims. The clerk rang a bell & ten minutes later a guy comes out & starts moving the chairs & mopping the floor. It was maladroit. I paid for a continental breakfast. I would have been happy if they had brewed a pot of coffee. But they couldn’t even do that. It’s a sad situation in Beruit. It’s going to fall apart."

"This seems like a fake hotel. I didn't get the room. They told me it was overbooked and to cancel online, which iam still following for a refund"

"As for the room , pretty old special the bathroom, The tv in the room has very limited channels. The food and drinks so overpriced, cup of coffee cost 6$ "
