Welcome to Manoir de Goyet, an exclusive country estate for 15 guests and 2 dogs, idyllically situated between forest and valley in Faulx-les-Tombes. Via the exterior staircase you reach the main entrance on the first floor, where the entrance hall leads to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, two ovens, dishwasher, cold room and every comfort for elaborate dinners. Adjacent are the dining room with large table and two inviting living areas: one with comfortable seating, TV and stove, and one with bar, coffee corner and wireless sound system. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), as well as a separate bathroom and toilet for the two double bedrooms on the third floor. On the ground floor there is the sixth bedroom with a double bed, double loft bed and single loft bed, a private bathroom and a spacious recreation room with lounge area, streaming service, billiards and PlayStation – perfect for cosy evenings together.

Outside, you can enjoy an exceptionally large private garden with heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool house with shower and toilet, and an authentic Finnish barbecue hut (Kota) for atmospheric dinners in every season. The extensive field is ideal for football or basketball, and there is ample parking on the property. For those wishing to explore the surroundings actively, four e-mountain bikes are available for rent (€50 per day per bike). Here you combine luxury, space and privacy with relaxation and fun for all ages.

Faulx-les-Tombes is located in the heart of a beautiful green region where peace and nature take centre stage. Just 10 km away you can discover the impressive Caves of Goyet, known for their prehistoric discoveries. At 18 km lies the imposing Citadel of Namur with breathtaking views over the Meuse and Sambre rivers, perfect to combine with a charming city stroll. Families will enjoy the Provincial Domain of Chevetogne with playgrounds and walking trails, while active guests can climb at the Rocks of Marche-les-Dames or explore the Molignée valley by rail bike via Les Draisines de la Molignée. Beer lovers can visit Brasserie du Bocq. Numerous walking and cycling routes also start directly from the property, ideal for combining nature and relaxation.

Parties and drinking parties of any kind are not permitted in the villa. If guests do not comply with these rules, the owner will charge them for the costs related to the same.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
