"We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"

"Der Hofwirt ist ein aussergewoehnliches Hotel mit sehr schoenen, grossen Zimmern. Alles wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal besticht durch seine Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit, so dass man sich ab der ersten Minute wie zu Hause fuehlt. Nicht verpassen darf man das Restaurant, mit tollen regionalen Produkten. Der Grillabend war definitiv mein Favorit. In den Hofwirt werde ich jederzeit sehr gerne wieder einkehren. Mit oder ohne Uebernachtung."

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "No water in the room and no tea and coffee or kettle in the room. They only have single beds and no double. Strangest thing is the toilet has no sink- very unhygienic- you have to go to the shower room which is separate to wash hands at the sink. "
