「We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything, and yet with dedicated parking and a nice private outdoor area. We love quirky old townhouses like this, and it was in excellent condition with all the modern amenities, plus the hosts have a very nice sense of style that we appreciated. We wouln't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it to family and friends.」

「Super cute rental. It was updated and modern. The bed was very comfortable with luxury bedding. The owners were really nice and helpful. Only two blocks from the Metro station so we didn't need a car. The neighborhood had many local places to eat and several grocery stores nearby. We will stay here again if we return to DC. 」

「The house is perfect for a group of friends or a family as there is a nice area to sit and talk or watch television, a food kitchen area to cook, and nice size bedrooms for privacy.The only criticism I have is the exhaust fans need to be cleaned and the AC upstairs is not strong, so gets hot to sleep at night.The host is great and communicates well. The directions were excellent and the keypad on the front door was great.The location is close to downtown but in its own development.」

「My mom best friend and I stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful stay. I was even able to throw my birthday party where we stayed up very late and we’re very loud and the host was very accommodating throughout the whole process. We are very grateful for this stay. The only complaint is that the water had a rotten egg smell that needs to be addressed.」
