"Everything was very nice and up to par with hotel standards, however the casino did not have any blackjack dealers due to "low demand"... Blackjack is the only reason I would go to a casino"

"As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it! "

"Perfect location for walking to all the UNESCO sites, restaurants, shopping. The staff was excellent from check-in to breakfast to checkout, highly recommend this hotel. "
