Charming 3 bedroom cottage , 600m to Sibbald Point Provincial park entrance. Briars golf club 5 km away, proximity to other Lake Simcoe beaches, parks and trails. Only 1 h drive from Toronto. We offer BBQ, large decks and huge parking space for over 10 cars . The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Day pass to enter Sibbald Point Provincial Park provided.
