"Quaint, charming, historic property with a large comfortable room and private bath. Staff were friendly and gracious. Appreciated that breakfast was included with delivery to room as an option! Will definitely return when in Macon!"

"We walked in and the bathrooms by the pool smelled like smoke. Our plans changed and we asked if we could get a credit or some of my money back. They hard lined and said no and that they were sold out. You would think with all that money from full rooms they could have a little grace."

"I booked through Hotels.com. I was expecting an email from the hotel, not a message on the app. Parking and check in were impossible without that vital information. Thankfully, my frantic call for help was promptly answered. The staff was extremely patient with a very tired and confused lady. My only complaint was that our room faced an alley: trash pickups at 3:30 am and 5 am were quite unpleasant. The location was wonderful. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would stay there again if a room off the alley is available."
