"Overall, the outside property was beautiful with great Ocean views and quick access to the beach. Enjoyed the restaurant and the pool. Our room however was sub standard and everything about it needed updating and restoring. Our shower and tub had serious problems. The grounds were very good but the building needs a refresh or a renovation."

"There are too many breakable items in the house especially hanging on the walls. The bathrooms could use re-calking around the tub and shower areas. Some rooms look very much like the late 1960’s-early 1970’s. I would think some upgrades would show off the home more.We injoyed our stay. The home was in a good location in relation to the beach, pool and especially Dairy Queen."

"The property was clean and neat. It was easy to access and all the updates made it feel luxurious, with all the kitchen supplies we needed. It is a small space, but more than enough for our little family. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the close access to the beach. This is a duplex, which I’m not sure we understood from the listing, but the neighbors were lovely. There were some beach towels, chairs, shovels, and umbrellas available for use on the porch. Note, at high tide, the beach is inaccessible from the access point. But at low tide, you get lots of beach and the tide pools are great. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to friends and family."
