On the big water and convenient to everything! This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom family-friendly home overlooks lake Eufaula (the main lake) from the large sunroom and 2 decks on the back. Swim in the community pool. Fish from the community dock and clean your catch in the fish cleaning station on the lower deck. Grill it up on the propane grill and eat on the deck while watching the sunset over the Alabama side of the lake.

To begin, I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews, however, I believe my experience warrants being shared with other potential renters. First off, the house is located in a trailer park (note that it is a nice trailer park, but a trailer park nonetheless and was unexpected). In addition, the owner claims there is a gate key was left on the property, however, after abandoning my search for it after 15 minutes, I was forced to jump the gate and walk to the house to retrieve the key. One of the first things we noticed was that the TV in the front room didn't work. There is also a significant draft that comes through the back door, making the back room very cold in the event of a cold front. On our second day, we turned the owners space heater on and it tripped the breaker, thus leaving the entire back part of the house without electricity (including the heating system). Since we were unable to figure out how to get the electrical system back on, we had to close both bedroom doors and stay in the front part of the house with a TV that didn't work. We ended up having to leave one day early because of a winter storm moving towards the area we're from but we still wouldn't have stayed the second night because of how cold and uncomfortable the house was. Upon asking the owner to reimburse the second night due to the several issues we ran into, it was implied that we damaged a piece of furniture that we never touched, nor were near. And no, I didn't get my money back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and amenities that made our visit effortless. We spent much of our time relaxing on the back deck, taking in the peaceful views of Lake Eufaula, and were even lucky enough to watch a pair of bald eagles soaring over the water. It was the perfect place to unwind, leave our stress behind, and enjoy a quiet getaway. We will absolutely plan to return. Thank you, Miranda, for sharing your lovely home with us.

I can't say enough good things about how great of a host Miranda was. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The pictures of the house are nice but they don't do any justice of how nice it is in person. From the amenities, to the furniture, to the view of Lk Eufaula, and the ease of getting in and out of the neighborhood, the house was above our expectations. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you again Miranda for everything!

Extremely clean and well kept. The owners were very accommodating and made everything a breeze from check in to check out. Beautiful view and location. Highly recommend.
