「We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.」

「The 2 queen room worked well for my son and I. Beds were comfy and kitchenette made it easy to prep a simple breakfast. It would be tight for a family of 4. Location is great on shuttle close to town and gondola. but a bit of road noise on the west side.」

「Really enjoyed our stay! Used it as a home base while skiing the numerous, nearby resorts. All of the facilities were very nice and very well kept. Really enjoyed the walk ability to nearby shops and restaurants. Would stay again and recommend to others. 」

「夫婦と子供２名の計４名で、子供の春休みにスキーを楽しむために４泊滞在しました。 駐車場と同じレベルの部屋でしたが、部屋から外に直接出ることができ、また駐車場まで近いため便利に過ごすことができました。 室内は清潔に清掃されており快適でしたが、シャワーカーテンが破損していたり子供が使用したソファーベッドやディッシュウォッシャーに不具合があるなど、一部の設備で古さを感じさせました。キッチン用品や食器類はいろいろと揃っており炊事には問題ありませんでした。 建物はリフトの目の前に位置していますが、スキーロッカーの入り口が建物の反対側のためリフトまで多少歩く必要があります。Ski in/outとは少々言い辛いですが、滞在中一度も車を出す必要が無く大変楽でした。」

「カンファレンスセンターに近いことが最大の利点。設備は1LDKで広々としており、台所のオーブン、食器、コンロ等も完備。近くのコンビニで購入した冷凍品も選択肢に。 近くににレストランもあるので困ることはなかった。CMEが帰りに部屋の前まで迎えに来てくれるので空港まで楽チン。 チェックイン、チエックアウトは別施設になるので要注意。部屋のメンテナンスは毎日来てくれるわけではないので、油断するとチップを置き忘れる。フリーワイファイの説明がなく、こちらは別料金なのかもしれない。」

「Great stay! Carpets were nice and soft, they offered one covered parking spot and a closet to store snowboard gear. Door to home was personalized with name on the outside. Spacious living space and comfortable bed. Decent kitchen with all amenities needed. Close by to Keystone, A-basin and Copper. Highly recommended!」

「We appreciate the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the beds. The remodel is very nice. Four people in that small space is too crowded as there is nowhere to put luggage for 4 people. The refrigerator holds minimal and did not keep our food items cool enough even on the coldest setting. I would recommend a larger more updated refrigerator. I would stay here again, but with only two people.」

「To be perfectly honest, the condos were not at the top of mind during our stay and that is how it should be. We had zero problems, everything was clean, everything worked as you would expect. The staff was friendly. The location of the condos couldn't be better. They are very close to the River Run Gondola and, basically, right in the heart of the village. 」

「We went to Grandby for the weekend to ski and visit hot sulphur springs. We were really glad we chose this property. Great location! It was really close to the ski resort and took under 5 minutes to drive there. Overall the property was really nice and the room was cozy. The front desk was very friendly. We didn't have any issues with our stay and room had nice mountain decor and liked the amenities at this property. Hosts were very friendly and left detailed messages that answered any questions...

「The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed using all of the amenities from grotto, hot tubs, and pools to the grills, firepit, and play areas. Seriously one of our favorite places to stay. Communication from the owners was extremely helpful. Everyone at the lodge was friendly and helpful. It's an amazing place to stay!」

「We enjoyed our stay. I may have overlooked any mention that the property has no air conditioning in the rooms, but we were comfortable.」

「Keystone is a pretty temperate area. No AC in the room is usually not an issue. Temps were a bit higher than normal and the condo was warm during the day. Dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet. Furniture could stand to be updated. In short, you here are little details that would have made this property outstanding. 」

「Based on the online booking site we booked a lake front property for the ease of walking back and forth to the lake with a family of 5. An hour after the booking a representative me the lake front was just the picture they use for all the properties. We ended up being 1.1 miles away and needed to drive and find parking multiple times a day. And the price was not adjusted for the inconvenient property. I'd be careful that what I book is actually what you get. 」

「Generally "okay" but certainly could use some TLC. Not all the window shades worked and areas of the unit looked "rough". The Master bed mattress is super soft - so be prepared. Great chairs for relaxing in the Master! The tub in the Master was very slippery. Refrigerator had large sheets of ice on the top two shelves that we had to take out. Location is great and there is a nice shuttle into town.」
