"The property was unique in that it was indeed private. The view from the beach was beautiful, the beach was shaded by the pine trees in the afternoon so it was very comfortable to swim or just sit and enjoy the view. The house had at one time been very nice. The furnishings were nice, but the doors need repair. to go out on the deck you had to push hard on the one door that would open! The kitchen was well provisioned and the w/d worked well. The house was in need of attention."
