気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備
カラオケが夜中まで続き安眠妨害てをした。 もともとあったホテルは売出にでていて、近くにホテルの営業所のデスクがおいてあり、そこで対応していた。

Very friendly stuff went above and beyond of my expectations. Such a big difference between another hotel i booked couple days before in the same area and price range. Veeerrryyyy good value for low price.

very bad service
you should make sure the system is good. i have already make a payment then i get a called tell that the rooms is full house. when i arrived there, there were no hotel names Zen. i am soo disappointed.

Camera con bagno basica, pulita (ricordatvi sempre che siamo in malesya), ottima posizione (cibo, minimarket, banche, spiaggia ecc. .a portata di mano); personale molto accogliente e disponibile.

Nice clean room but bit cofusing to find
Overall nice room but had lots trouble finding it due lack of directions that it was in a shopping mall. I suggest adding zen rooms logo signs to help.

Very good budget hotel. It has very very simple design but rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice area around: close to the beach and with many bars and restaurants nearby.
