Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Very helpful

I arrived to this property after midnight, but the owner welcomed me with a smile. He even prepared me a tea in the morning, explained how to explore George Town in a day (coz I was there for one day only), even help me sorted with my lost baggage issues. Would stay more days in the future trip to Penang.
