五つ星ホテルには、疑問

四つ星ならば、納得です。海が無いのが、致命傷です。静かな場所で良く眠れます、食事は、普通、ホテルの従業員は、対応が良い。ガーニードライブに近く、海鮮料理を食べに行くには、便利です。

プール、広い部屋、何でも揃った朝食、家族5人で3泊楽しく過ごせました。コインランドリーとコンビニエンスストアがあれば再訪したいです。ホテル内でのんびり過ごしたい人におすすめします。

good room condition but an air conditioner is a littel bit noisy during sleeping. there is not any shop around hotel, if need to go Batu Feringi, you need to the trasportation.

ゆっくり過ごせました。

ホテルの部屋は綺麗でした。朝食は10：30までやっていて朝ゆっくりできます。ビュッフェでマレー料理、洋食がありまぁーまぁ美味しかったです。ホテル前のビーチは人も少なくゆっくりできます。しかし海の家もなく日陰があまりないので昼間に長時間は厳しいと思います。車で5分くらいのところにバトゥフェリンギのビーチがありその周辺でナイトマーケットやっているのでお土産探すのもいいかも。半額くらいまでは値切れる感じでした。またその周辺にあるスターバックスでサンセットが見れます。ただしトイレがないので注意！となりのホテルまで行きました。あとペナンヒルでジョージタウンの夜景を見ました。割と綺麗でした。

プールなどは小さい子どもも楽しめるようになっており、ファミリールームは広くて快適でした。ビーチは歩道橋のようなものを通って行く作りで、狭いしそれほどきれいではないので、プールで過ごす方が快適です。ほとんどのゲストが小さいお子さんのいるファミリーです。

ホテル全体は向きの関係で、特に午前中に暗い感じです。施設に関しては、価格に見合っていると思います。ただ、ホテル前のビーチは狭く利用者もほとんどいない最悪な状態。コンビニも近くになく、タクシーで10分ほど。タクシーを呼んでもらうにも、毎回10〜30分待ち。

二人子連れで滞在

部屋は広め。子供達はキッズクラブ（4歳から）キッズプールを気に入って遊んでました。プールのカバナも無料で、のんびりできます。スタッフの人手不足なのかは分かりませんが、朝食は9時頃には入場待ちの列ができ、片付けが間に合っておらず、料理を取るトングがなかったり、カトラリーやコップもない状態で、落ち着きません。翌日は8時前に利用しましたが、別のレストランかのように、のんびり美味しく朝食を頂きました。キッズコーナーもあり、子供も楽しめますし、食事は美味しかったので早朝に向かう事をオススメします。ラピッドペナンのバス停は目の前です。

親切なスタッフ＆コスパ◎

ホテルがあるのはバトゥフェリンギエリアなので雨期でしたが晴れた日は思っていたよりきれいなビーチの景色が楽しめました。また、ホテルからジョージタウンへ行くのに毎日無料のシャトルバスが運行しているしGrabアプリでタクシーを使っても20－30分あれば中心地へ出ることができて観光をするにも不便を感じなかったです。お店の予約やGrabの使い方までコンシェルジュをはじめスタッフは皆親切でした。ありがとうございました。値段の割にコストパフォーマンスはとても良いホテルだと思います。部屋の水回りの掃除がもう少しきれいだと良かったかなと思います。

のんびりできます

タクシー必須の立地です。目の前の海では何も出来ないので、プールしか遊べません。タクシーで近くのシャングリラホテルのビーチで遊びに出るほどです。お手頃で綺麗で静かなホテルなのでのんびり休息するにはいいかと思います。スタッフはみな親切でした。

ダブルツリーヒルトンペナン

バルコニー無しのツインルームを予約していましたがあ、バルコニーのあるお部屋に無料でアップグレードして貰えました。ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。部屋は清潔でしたが、バスタオルが濡れていました… ホテル周辺は何もないので、車で行く事をお勧めします。

繁華街から離れた静かな環境のホテル。朝食はライブキッチンがあり、充実。プールは子供プールもあり、プールサイドのパラソル周辺は砂浜。海岸には横断歩道と階段で、そこにカフェが1件あります。チェックイン時に大きなクッキーがもらえます。夕方はハッピーアワーでアルコールお手頃に！バス停がホテル前、バトゥ・フェレンギの中心まで5分/1.4RM

親切なホテル

英語が下手くそな日本人の私たちに対しても懇切丁寧に対応していただきました。フロントでクッキーをもらえ、そのクッキーがとても美味しいです。客室のお風呂のタイルが少しがたついてたり、コンセントを刺すところが少し斜めになっていたりと細かいところまで気にすると目につくところはありましたが、マレーシアクオリティだと思えばとても快適に過ごせます。

親切なスタッフでした！名前も覚えてくれて笑顔で接してくれます。朝食も最高ですし、プールも綺麗です。観光地からは少し離れていますがバス停が目の前にあるので移動も可能です。ですが私はバス停を使わずにuberをフル活用しましたタクシー利用より絶対uber使ってください。ボッタクられませんから。

The room facilities are dated and not so clean. You can see black mark on the duvet and the blankets in our twin room was having moldy smell. The toilet’s wall and corner are moldy and rusty. When the room’s floor is wet, it would not dry until the next morning. The beach opposite the hotel is full of rocks and cannot swim there at all. Not a really nice location comparing to the price we paid. On the next day, we moved to another apartment in Gurney Drive which was cleaner, cheaper and much nicer

Good to stay for vacation. We booked a room with ocean view, very enjoyable. Swimming pool and gym are good.

Very nice family resort with ocean view. Good breakfast, facility overall. Room and bedding was very comfortable. Only one thing is it's little far from the main shopping mall. Other than that, it's a recommendable resort hotel for a few days relaxation.

Beautiful resort ! Front desk staffs are friendly and polite. The only area requires improvement is the breakfast ..layout and quality of ingredients. Overall, service staffs are attentive and helpful!
