Perfect affordable xmas/end year holiday

Second time returning to this hotel, opted for deluxe room with window which is more roomy and comes with nice greenery view. Overall a pleasant stay we decided to extend another night. Close to eateries, essentials like petrol station, pharmacies, massage spa etc. Enjoyable definitely

Place was wonderful!. Nearby amenities. But reception staff was using a lot of tissues placing them on the table and was having running nose. Must correct all these as it was the front desk. Other than that, staff were friendly and helpful.

3 Day Family Trip

2 floor hotel located in a residence, so obviously no high floors nor much view of the hills. Relatively decent rooms for the price range. Quite comfortable beds, bathroom is clean, and has good size TV. Did not like the car parking arrangement for the fact I had to pay for it. Also a little uncomfortable that the lobby and escalator to rooms are not together. Meaning any non hotel guest can just take the escalator up and walk right to the front door of your room unnoticed.

Pleasant stay for family trip

Overall comfortable stay, hotel has facilities like self service laundrette at your own expense. I was not well, but to have essentials around nearby helped (7E, atm machine at groundfloor), petrol station, cafe & restaurants nearby etc. Our 2nd time staying, this trip we opted deluxe double room which is more spacious & window with nice greenery view. Room is equipped with essentials like slippers, coffee tea, kettle, iron & ironing board, wardrobe, reading lamp, massive tv with netflix. Bathroom is clean, spacious, has toilettries & toothbrush kit. Bed is queen size so a bit on the small side but we make do. Staff are overall pleasant and helpful. Will come again in future.

Comfortable short stay

Overall comfortable stay, though room a bit on the small side (room 109). First came into room there was unpleasant smell I assume coming from the bathroom. Probably from the pipe, after I spray perfume in the room the smell went away (comes and goes each time using bathroom). Meets basic requirement for short stays - clean towels, toilettries provided & indoor slippers, iron, mini bar fridge, hot water kettle, coffee tea, mug. Near convenience shops, burger / kebab stall, Petron station, a massage spa, family mart & starbucks. The only downfall as I travel public transport with son, hard to get Grab booking accepted to Awana Sky Cable Car station. Other than that, I had made special request (a note to wish my son Happy Birthday) but there weren't any note in the room upon arrival. But we are ok about it.

Nice staff and room - having no windows was actually better for me because I have trouble sleeping if sunlight shines on my face - this meant I could sleep in longer than usual. No public transport to Genting - need to use taxi or GRAB. Otherwise, cable car to Genting is 40 minutes walk away. Area is ok - some nice local hawker centres nearby. Would come again just for relaxing holiday away with nice weather.

They have invested in the aesthetics of the hallways but they would have been better to be in some noise cancellation. It is horribly loud ALL THE TIME. We didn’t sleep at all - between the hard beds, subpar bedding and loud road noise. In addition, people are milling about- it felt more like a dorm than a hotel. People gathered in the seats and hung out on the floor at all hours of the night. They race up and down the road and across from the hotel is a meet-up for all the street racers. Plan wisely and bring ear plugs and your own pillow if you plan to stay here!
