"The Royalton River house was perfect and fit our needs wonderfully. The location was fantastic along a good stretch of water for fishing. I hope to return soon!"

"Beautiful clear water lake with sandy bottom in the shallow area! It was perfect for our little people and they loved the child size kayaks and lily pad. It would have been fun to use the paddle boat but it needed to be cleaned. There was a nice supply of sizes for life vest. Thank you! Sand box was not inviting and even our kids didn't want to explore it. Could use more sand? The Fire pit area is really nice however and chairs ready to use! Plenty of choices for kayaks and paddle boards with easy access. The kitchen and living space had what we needed and worked fine. The house is very old and so we had some allergy issues after sleeping in the smaller bedrooms. The bathroom could use updating, however, the Master bedroom was wonderful. The house is close to the road so can have some loud trucks zooming by. The morning sunrises and evening sunsets on the deck were so beautiful! Thank you for sharing your home!"

"Tom’s cabin was the perfect spot for our group of several families for the week. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with plenty of room for us to spread out. We rented the pontoon which was a great addition to our week. We would love to stay again!"

"We had a great family vacation with 25 of us. Lots of things to do to keep everyone entertained. Everything you needed was there except your food and drink. They were in contact with us from start to finish. Any questions all we had to do was ask. Would definitely recommend for large gathering"
