Comfortable and Quaint Stay

This was a quaint, clean, comfortable overnight stay. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. There’s a lot of options to eat nearby. I highly recommend.

Lovely Hotel!!! We had a great stay at Ciel! Loved the hotel location and our room had amazing view to the church! Very close to all restaurants, and shopping! Perfect place woth decent price! The staff was extremely helpful in making reservations for don’t, providing directions and providing information about Genoa. The hotel is in the heart of the historic area and just down the street from fabulous palazzo museums.

Super easy walk from Stazione Piazza Principe. Hotel is on the 4th floor so use the elevator if you've got lots of luggage. Out the front door and off you go to amazing historical sites. Everything is within walking distance.

The staff of this hotel is excellent. It’s in area that is easily walkable to waterfront and a few tourists attractions. The room is small but nice. windows open on to the street which was busy into the evening but very quiet in the morning. Hotel is on the 3 rd and 4th floor so windows can remain open for fresh air. Would return again.

Great location to explore Genova. Nice roof terrace with some shade for relaxing or reading. Walking distance to everything. There are stairs & the shower is raised up off the floor and VERY small - so the hotel is not suitable for seniors or anyone with reduced mobility. The aircon works well & the breakfast is ok. The lady who runs the breakfast is very cross & unfriendly - the only downside of our stay - she was banging plates & doors & giving people dirty looks when we were breakfasting. Apart from that one small thing the hotel is basic but good & everyone else is very friendly.
