"Great stay"

"Not a great stay but not all the fault of the property. There are a lot of areas undergoing construction. But the biggest problem is the late music from a nearby nightclub. It was so load that it sounded like it was in my room. Based on this I don’t think I’ll be staying anywhere near downtown South Lake Tahoe going forward. I’ll stay in North Lake and drive down. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay and the location is convenient. It’s just the noise that I could hear all the way up on the 11th floor "

"The registration desk was not easy to find. No bell service for luggage to the room. No valet parking. I am disabled and this was not user friendly."

"Rooms were basic but in good condition. Bathroom was nice. The lounge was our most favorite part. It was very warmly decorated and relaxing place. "

"Would never stay here again unless I rented a car. Too much of a hassle to get to gondola where all the restaurants are located"

"Entire property is completely filthy and looks as if nothing has ever been even superficially wiped. Almost every single employee has a scowl on their face, no matter what. Usual “customer service” experience in 2026. Could smell marijuana in the hotel/elevators a few times. Highlight was taking some luggage to my car, in the expensive parking garage, with my 13 year-old daughter and walking into a cloud of freshly smoked marijuana while 3 middle aged men quickly walked away from where they were smoking weed-oh yeah, it costs $20/day to park in this parking garage - not reflected in the hotel cost. Enjoy. "
