The hotel is near the airport and offers a shuttle service. I made a reservation with breakfast included, but it wasn't communicated to the restaurant. While we were able to resolve it quickly, there were other guests who spent over 20 minutes dealing with the same issue. This made me feel there might be a systemic problem.

ジュネーブ空港（GVA）近くのコスパ最強ホテル
ジュネーブ空港周辺で宿泊する際はいつも利用しています。おすすめポイントを箇条書きすると、 ・近隣のホテルと比べて安い ・空港から無料送迎バスが約10分〜20分間隔で運行中 ※徒歩でも10分程度です。 ・バスタブ付き ※シャワーの水圧も良いです。 ・ミニキッチン（流し、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット）付き ・使い捨ての食器（紙皿、カトラリー一式）あり ・徒歩２分の距離にコンビニ兼ガソリンスタンドあり ・レンタカーの駐車場（P51）まで徒歩5分 何よりも スタッフの皆さんが親切です！ 空港周辺のホテルに数箇所泊まりましたが やっぱりここが最高です！

bugs of our room
August 21th around 8 o'clock there was a bug on the bed and my husband was bitten by the bug. When I asked the reception, they said they didn't have any medicine, so I should take a limousine to the airport and buy it at a pharmacy. But pharmacies aren't open at 8pm on Sunday nights. What time does the pharmacy open? The reception said we had the window open so the bugs came in. We never opened the windows. If I buy medicine at the pharmacy, will hotel pay for it? I hates bugs, so it was a big fuss. I cannot forgive the rude attitude of the staff at the reception that day. Without even a word of apology, the attitude was that we were the ones who brought in the bugs.

シャトルバスで空港とのアクセスが良く、客室も広く綺麗、朝食も良質なものでした。サービスも丁寧で親切です。ただ一点、水回り（シャワーとトイレの区画）が少し匂うのが個人的には辛かったです。とはいえ強烈な臭いではなく、気にならない人もいるかなとは思います。

空港、街中へのアクセスもよい快適ホテル
ジュネーブ空港深夜着リムジンバスでスムーズにチェックイン 円形の建物の部屋は意外に使いやすく大きな窓からは空港が見渡せます 小さな台所と大きな湯船快適なベッドは頻繁にシーツなどを変えてくれます スイスなので朝ごはんは少々お高めしかし近くに美味しいカフェ少し歩くと小さなスーパーもありバスなどで旧市街へもアクセス抜群 欠点は部屋の掃除時間が定まらないことこれはホテル側と交渉の結果改善しました地下のサウナも使いやすく(クロークがないので着替や持ち物をおくのがすこし不便)疲れを癒してくれます 美しい景色が広がる大きな窓(汚れが景観を損なうので掃除をたのむと、大きい方は無理だが小窓の方ならできるということなのでお願いした。すごく見やすくなった。)を掃除してくれたら本当に素晴らしいホテルだったなぁと思っています。ホテルのリムジンも運転手によってサービスが違うのか、チェックインのときは運転手がスーツケースを車に乗せてくれたが、チェックアウトのときは運転手は乗り降りの際に腕組みして見ているだけ。気のいい若者がボランティアで荷物の上げ下ろしを手伝ってくれたので助かった。サービス向上を願います。 スタッフの中に日本語を話す方がいてその人が居るときは随分助かりました。改めて御礼申しあげます。

All was so bad
I had reservation for the hotel as Deluxe room for 2 people which costs Euro 400. But there was something stuck in the drain in the shower and the water keepd backing up.Then I told about the condition for Hotel stuff to do smoothly. But the stuff said me All hotel in Swiss is usual for such condition and also said me please use like that shower water keeping pool at bathtub. I didn’t believe such stuff’s reply, then I requested to change the room, but the stuff accepted that while pulling a long face. But that new room was single and also there is not bathtub and no toilet paper,tissue and also there are a lot of dust on the water in hot water pot which might be very old water. I had stayed a lot of Hotel in Swiss but it was first time to made such bad experience. I felt all was so bad for the hotel. Hotel.com website stuff called and told about that for the Hotel.But all was same response which is usual condition for Swiss hotel which is not bad. If other Swiss Hotel is same condition as the stuff said me, I want to trust other Hotel is deference.

深夜チェックイン、早朝チェックアウトで利用しました。スタッフの雰囲気も良く、部屋もかわいかったです。ホテルの前にはトラムが走っていますが、騒音はなかったので気持ちよく朝を迎えられました。ただ、エレベーターを降りてすぐの部屋だったせいか、廊下の音は丸聞こえでした。我慢できる範囲内でしたが。全体的に大満足でした。また利用したいです。

お値段以上！快適でお得感のある良いホテルです。
帰国前の1週間家族で滞在しました。 ホテル宿泊費の高いジュネーブにおいて、このホテルは大変良心的な金額で助かりました。 地下にランドリーや小さいけれどジムもありました。サウナは日本人には温度が低く感じられますが清潔でした。部屋には電子レンジや冷蔵庫、ケトル、小さいシンクもあり、使い勝手の良い設備のあるホテルです。空港は目の前で飛行機の離発着がすぐそこに見えますが、歩くと少し距離がありますのでホテルのシャトルバスの利用が便利です。旧市街や街中に出るには近くのバス停からバスで20分くらいかかります。私たちはホテルシャトルで空港に行きジュネーブ空港駅から1駅10分乗ってコルナバン駅まで出ていました。トラム・バス・電車・船、ジュネーブ市内乗り放題の無料パスをフロントでもらいましょう。

This property was modern and relatively new however, people's takeaway odours could be passed to neighbouring rooms. It was quiet. Gym was useless, NO weights?!? A treadmill, cycle machine, rowing machine and one strange looking machine that I couldn't identify, 5 steps away was a sauna! (Great design) so anyone running would be sweating more than normal. Good thing was a free washing machine and dryer. TV channels great, lots of english channels. Disappointing was paper cups for your tea and coffee, whitener instead of real milk and thin wooden stirrers instead of spoons. Small fridge and microwave great.

Junior Suite offers space for families and access to public transportation is great. The hotel itself was very warm inside and rooms became very warm even with heat off. The AC didn’t seem to work. If you have food allergies the dining options nearby are extremely limited. The main reason for the 3 star rating is room temp and lack of gluten free dining options Rooms were clean and staff professional.

Service was excellent and rooms were clean. Jr Suite is nice but arrangement is crowded and doors are awkward. We stayed 2 separate nights on a trip and both nights the rooms were too hot. The beds only had comforters and no top sheet so we had to open a window to cool the room down (and it’s next to the airport). On the plus side, you get free shuttle service to the airport (although it’s an easy walk) and public transportation tickets. The bus stop is a couple of blocks away.

We arrived to a short queue of two families ahead of us at reception. The wait took about 20 minutes. The chap at reception was doing his best but he was the only person there. When we eventually got to our room we wanted to quickly give the children some supper and a bath and get them into bed, as we had an early start the following morning. There was no plug for the bath, and the microwave’s plug didn’t fit the socket, with no adaptor present. We called reception and waited for them to bring the bath plug and adaptor but no one came. I rang again 20 mins later. In the end had to go down to reception to get the adaptor and was told they didn’t have a bath plug yet, but that someone would bring one. In the end we gave up waiting and put the children in the shower. Someone did come eventually, with another adaptor but no bath plug! Also both USB sockets and the hairdryer were broken. In the morning we wanted to get the first shuttle bus to the airport at 4am. There were about 30 people that wanted to do the same, but we arrived at the departure point in the first 10. The driver arrived late and people tried to queue barge. Luckily we did manage to get onto the first bus but people were definitely trying to queue barge. The driver should have been there in advance so that he could have got the first people on the bus, loaded the luggage, and left at 4. We ended up leaving just before 4.10. Overall the hotel is fairly shambolic and we would not recommend at all.
