何かちょっと古臭い、そして狭い
部屋が全体的に古いです、悪い意味で。そして狭いです。ただし立地は抜群に良いです。中央駅から徒歩数分です。駅にスーパー、その他ショッピング施設は整っていますし、徒歩1分の場所にデパートMANORもあるので立地だけは駅周辺の有名ホテル並みに良いです。

6人で宿泊しました。一部予約漏れがあったようで、リストに名前がありませんでした。部屋を確保してもらえたのですが、シングルの部屋もダブルの部屋も同料金でした。部屋は基本的にフロアごとに共同のバス、トイレを使用するのですが、ダブルの部屋は室内にバス、トイレがありました。これだけの差なのに同料金って、モヤモヤした気持ちが残りました。建物は古いのですが、室内やリネン類は清潔です。駅からも近く朝食も付いていて、料金のことを除けばおススメのホテルです。

ジュネーブ中央駅から近い便利なホテル
ジュネーブ中央駅から近いので便利でした。チェックインの時にもらえる交通カードでホテルを起点にジュネーブをあちこち回り、便利でした。空港行きのバスもホテルの近くのバス停から出ています。共同バスルームと言う事だったのですが、　他の方もレビューで書いていましたが、専用バスルームが付いた屋根裏のようなお部屋に通してもらい、部屋も広くて屋根裏感がある部屋の雰囲気も気に入り、とても快適に過ごせました。ホテルのフロントの方達もとても感じがよく、親切でした。とてもいい滞在が出来ました。

ロケーションは抜群に良いのですが、設備がボロい。お風呂とトイレが共同で、お風呂は、脱ぎ捨て場が廊下になってしまうので不便。今回は、夜も暑く、扇風機よりはエアコンがより良い。

狭 過ぎる部屋
物価が高いスイスジュネーブにしては、他と比べて安くてビジネスホテルの感覚ならギリギリですが、駅に近い事以外は何の取り柄もないホテル。5月末でスイスにしては暑い日にエアコン無し、使いにくいシャワー、とにかく狭い部屋と2人には小さなベッド！

スタッフが親切
スタッフはとても親切でした。 立地はすごく良くて、何処へでもアクセスが簡単な感じでした。 ジュネーブ のホテルでは共通して公共交通機関の乗り放題パスがもらえるので有り難かったです。 朝食は数種類のパンとヨーグルト、コーヒーか紅茶、オレンジジュースというシンプルな感じでしたが、もう少し選べる種類が多ければ尚良かったです。

Dear Guest,Thank you for your message and of course, we are really surprise about your commnents.Whe you arrived, and if the room was not top (cleaning, equipmnets, etc) you should inform and show us inmediately and we will do our best to change the room, updated room or in case to find the bext solution for you.Like you know, the shower and W.C are sharing, we clean our Hotel everyday and sometimes the others customers they dont leave the toilets in a good shape. But again, we clean the Hotel everyday.Accept our apoligize and best regards.

Reasonable for a cheap option if traveling alone. Small room with a twin bed with wash basin and that’s it . Had to share toilet and shower located in the same floor. Room was clean. Provided with enough towels. If you are traveling alone then this an option for a place to just sleep at night. Area is located close to the train station and a bargain place to stay.

So bad it’s almost funny
The bed was so bad we ended up sleeping on the floor. The floor wasn’t very clean either. Bed had been “fixed” several times too much. There wasn’t staff present so nobody did anything about it. Can’t really recommend.

Not fancy, but convenient.
The hotel is well located for convenience to the train and bus connections, and to shops. Also, only a ten minute walk across the river is the Old Town, with its steep hills, cobbled stone streets, quaint cafes and historic landmarks. The lake front is also not far. A plus was the included free public transportation pass provided and downloadable on my mobile. My stay was short, so I used it only to go to the airport. I was quite satisfied with the hotel, as my stay was for one night in preparation for the flight home. The convenient location gave me plenty of time to have a relaxing afternoon and evening, including a beer by the lake and a nice dinner in Old Town, before returning to the hotel to sleep. The bed was comfortable, the linens good, and, with the windows open, the air was cool enough. Now, be advised, the rooms are small and old. Mine had a sink, but the toilet and shower are in the hall and shared with residents of other rooms. There is no breakfast or other food service in the hotel, and there is no electric kettle, microwave or fridge in the room. The t.v. in the room is small and mounted near the ceiling. This is not a hotel where you will want to spend much time other than sleeping. It was clean enough, but it is old, and not in a quaint way. The manager was friendly, efficient and helpful. I would stay there again under similar circumstances.

Delayed due to train evacuation in Lyon and missed the check in time 12-15:00! NO good facility would do such a thing. MANY people around town agree this place is a total scam! SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY ELSEWHERE IS SUISSE!!!! HORRIBLE!

Only liked the location. Requested for a double room and got the room number weeks before the day but upon arrival the room was a single bed. Counter personnel was nice and asked if we wanted an additional room instead, but we didn’t want to and had a mattess instead. Pillow was too soft. a very uncomfortable night but I guess for one night the location is most important and this did the job.

Worst stay I’ve ever had in Europe!!! Unreal . Upon arrival my room was taken by a couple of girls. After some discussion I persuaded them to leave. The morning after my bed was filled with bed bugs and blood stains. My body was covered with hundreds of bites… Stay away from this hotel!!! It’s a CATASTROPHE

Ich hab während einer Reise von Paris nach München mit dem Zug in dem Hotel in Genf übernachtet. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof im Zentrum der Stadt ist perfekt da alles zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Das Zimmer ist klein aber zweckmäßig. Bad auf dem Flur ist kein Problem. Die Lage in einer Seitenstraße ist ruhig. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
