Conveniently located near SPIRE Academy in Geneva, it’s just a short drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, the shores of Lake Erie, and historic Bridge Street in Ashtabula. Whether you’re visiting for a tournament, a weekend getaway, or time by the lake, you’ll have plenty to explore while enjoying a comfortable place to relax and settle in.

Patios are winterized during colder months (typically November–March). Outdoor furniture may have limited access during this time and is fully available in spring, summer, and fall.

Summer is peak season in Ashtabula County, with local shops, restaurants, and attractions in full swing. In fall and winter, some businesses may have reduced hours or close seasonally, so we recommend planning ahead for the best experience.

Property Maintenance: During the warmer months, lawn mowing and general outdoor maintenance may take place. In the winter, snow plowing may be necessary to keep the property accessible. We do our best to schedule these services between guest stays to avoid disruption, but occasional maintenance may occur during your visit if needed.
