"We didn't stay there because the Extended Stay Rochester had reportedly issues with their Computer System that prohibited Us from checking in. "

"Parking was free and there was plenty. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The staff member who checked me in was excellent and he was super kind and helpful! My only complaint is that I requested to have my linens changed, but they did not change the linens. They did offer to move my room, but I just requested for fresh linens and changed them myself. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was limited, but it was free and tasty. All in all I would stay here again."

"Other lodging options in this suburban Rochester area are worse. Room prices within a 25 mile radius were at peak rates— and almost all other properties were sold out. Super8, Henrietta, NY were about double normal rates for the same rooms. The refrigerator was not working and exhaust fan made loud noises but parking was easy, bathroom was clean, towels like new, and unsecured WiFi was reliable"

"Room was clean but old. This property could use a remodel. We booked several rooms for family. Several of the doors did not close well. The bathrooms are tiny and have old bathtubs and small vanity. The staff was very friendly and kind. Walls & doors are thin so you could hear everything going on in hallway and rooms next to you. "

"I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available. I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my inconvenience, but all I got was a bill for the resort fee."
