For shared use: large, well-kept garden 4'500 m2 (not fenced) with flowers, meadow, orchard. Barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Parking at 50 m on the premises. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant, bus stop 900 m, railway station 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths 900 m, swimming bay 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 900 m, riding stable 1 km, sports centre 900 m. Nearby attractions: Innviertler Brauturm 7 km, Augustiner Chorherren Stift Reichersberg 13 km, Skyflyer Höhnhart 17 km. Hiking paths: Kobernaußerwald. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The complex has another 1 house for rent. Please note: dogs must be kept on a leash. Milk and eggs are sold on the farm at the neighboring farmers. This house was built according to ecological principles. Additional information: The car park has a charging station for electric vehicles.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 folding bed. 1 room with 1 sofabed. Bath/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: 1 room with 1 pull-out bed. Wood heating, solar energy heating. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance. Bookings by companies for employees on request!

Wir hatten Gäste aus Singapur und machten einen Kurzurlaub in Geinberg. Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt und übertroffen. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Lage und der Service vor Ort von Seiten der Vermieter war hervorragen. Das war gewiss nicht das letzte Mal, das wir dort waren. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
