"The pictures definitely need updating… yard was never mowed and i even offered. Gate did not stay closed for fenced in yard. Spent 2 hours looking for my lab. Dishwasher not sure if it worked but when i opened it the smell and food laying inside was nasty. Bed frames are held up by cement blocks. Dryer worked but have to run it 3 cycles to dry. Ants crawling up wall between sink and window. Shower definitely needs a makeover. Actually left a few days early…."

"While the room was advertised as a suite, it did not meet what most travelers would consider a true hotel suite. It was not particularly comfortable for a week-long stay or for living out of a suitcase: TEENY closet, no dedicated kitchen area, no other sink outside the small bathroom sink (to wash my coffee and water tumblers), dorm fridge, small microwave, single pod coffee maker. The “king suite” was a tiny squished bedroom that was mostly king bed and a tiny (small, low to the ground) couch, and desk that did at one point have a TV above it. All the hardware was there? The biggest positive was the location. It was conveniently situated near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Unfortunately, the cust. svc. was inconsistent at best. Several front desk and hospitality staff members came across as flat, uninterested, or lacking basic customer service skills, though 1 member of the housekeeping staff was especially friendly and welcoming. 1 interaction was particularly disappointing. After briefly taking items to my car and returning to the breakfast area, a staff member questioned whether I was a hotel guest in front of a dining room full of guests. This occurred after I had already stayed at the hotel for two nights. The assumption and public approach felt rude, embarrassing, and unwelcoming. Overall, the location was a strong advantage, but the room accommodations and customer service left much to be desired."

"Great clean place. Breakfast was good I was late the first morning but the sweet lady let me grab something for my daughter. They have an indoor pool the water is cool but the room is soooo hot you can barely breathe, it’s like they have the heater on full volume blast."

"Shockingly cool Best Western. Last minute stay. Very nice decor, and very clean. They have a restaurant and a bar. Bad part is only 1 person runs the front desk, bar and food, so she was running around trying to take care of alot of people. Krystal needs more people to help her AND A RAISE. She was super kind and helpful even though she was crazy busy. Breakfast is a sad joke, despite how nice it's set up. No bread, no milk, no meat. Cereal and donut holes. A guy was standing there, not telling everyone that you need to ask him to go cook you eggs. BW should NOT be advertising breakfast here unless you're going to actually provide it and people to man it."
