This is not a five star hotel experience. They decided to close the spa for a whole day, the information was provided to us at 6 pm the evening before. They offered us a 5 euro bottle of vine as consolation..

I gave a lot of thought to where I would stay in Sopot, before opting for the Sheraton. It was an excellent choice, being very well located near everything I needed for my stay. The hotel itself is quite 'old school' in its rooms (e.g. retractable washing line across bath, actual telephone), reminding me very much of the sorts of places I stayed in the days when the pound was stronger and you could get more for your money across Europe. The room was large, with the promised partial view of the sea. It wasn't terribly well soundproofed, if I'm honest, but that was only a problem on bin day and I am sure that the other hotels on the seafront would've been impacted by the cacophony I heard happening outside. The lobby area was very nice indeed, as was the spa, hotel bar and restaurant. It really was a 5 star experience all the way, and the staff spoke very good English meaning that the lines of communication were very open! Thank you everyone at the hotel for making my first trip to Poland such a comfortable one. I shall return to your beautiful country soon, I feel sure.

Sopot is stunning, family orientated and safe. Good range of shopping and restaurants in walking distance with a private beautiful beach outside the hotel. My only criticism is that the spa facilities are small and disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Stort, snyggt och lite vräkigt hotell. Det är dock lite naggat i kanten, det skulle behöva en liten uppdatering. Fönstrena i rummet läckte ljud, kändes som de var monterade fel. Läget kan inte bli bättre. Nära till stranden och allting i Sopot. Stort spa med mycket valmöjligheter som ingår i bokningen såvida man inte ska ta en särskild behandling.

Not very comfortable pillows and cover (without feather as we asked) The room had a very bad glass window between the bedroom and the bath!!! Too much light in the bedroom as we wanted some light during the night. Impossible to sleep with that!!!!

Did not meet expectations!
We expected more and better service. All guests should be treated equally and given the same service, however some of the staff members seemed to struggle with this. Language issues were a problem as well.The sun beds does not have direct access to the waterfront on the beach which is a disadvantage when travelling with children. The public beach is full of cigarettes. The indoor pool and playroom are great when it is raining.

Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet. Har bodd her flere ganger, betjeningen er hyggelig og hjelpsom. Rent og ryddig et veldrevet hotell med høy standard og god variasjon på frokostserveringen. Sentralt med gangavstand til sentrum og badestrand.
