Central location for a great price!

The hotel is in a great location, the stuff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic for Turkish style but gets you started into your day. The only thing I did not like is every room smells like smoke, there are no really non smoking room.

I stayed here for 1 week. It is a family owned and operated hotel. It is near downtown Gaziantep and most tourist attractions can be accessed by walking. It is a great price for the location. I also met owners and they are nice, helpful people. They try to make sure hotel is a convenient place for families. If I visit Gaziantep again, I will stay here again. I highly recommend asking restaurant recommendations from lobby because they gave me several good restaurant suggestions.

It was terrable and full of bed bugs. I just stayed there for 30 minutes and my whole body was full of rush. If you are allergic with insects especially bed bugs never go there. I complained they didnt care and I left booked in another hotel which was great.

Otelde kalmak isteyeceklere konumu konusunda iyi olduğunu söyleyebilirim, şehrin tarihi çarşılarına, konaklarına yürüme mesafesinde, çalışanların ilgi ve alakası güzel, fiyat performans olarak bakacak olursak iyi bir işletme, sadece odalar hijyen olarak biraz daha iyi olabilir, onun haricinde çalışanlar saygılı ve sıcak.

Girişimiz oldukça problemliydi.2 ayrı yataklı oda rezervasyonu yaptırmıştık.giriş saatinden oldukça geç gelmemize rağmen odamızda sadece bir yatak vardı.odamızın hazır olması 3 saat sürdü. otelle alakalı memnuniyet duyduğumuz tek şey Kadir Beyin tavırlarıydı.ortalamanın altında bir otel.bir daha kalmayı kesinlikle düşünmüyorum.

Merkezi konumda, tarihi mekanların çoğuna yürüme mesafesinde bir otel. Temizlik konusu iyileştirilmeye ihtiyaç duymakla beraber kahvaltısı mükemmel, görevliler ise kibar ve ilgililerdi. Genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldım. ilgi ve alakalarından ötürü otel personeline çok teşekkür ederim.
